ANDREA: What’s the meeting all about? Does anyone know what’s going on?
ARMELYN: I don’t exactly know what’s happening.
GENESIS: Probably, it has something to do with an important one.

(Director appeared/silence/greetings)

Everyone: Good day, Director


MARK: *nod* I'm sure you're all fascinated by the urgent meeting, but I'm here to talk about
some things. Our source informed us that Company X will be launching a new market strategy
that may outperform our market predictions.
GENESIS: a new market strategy? It would be threat, isn’t it, sir?
MARK: It’s not and it will never be
ARMELYN: But sir, this is also an important matter. It may affect of market performance once
it will be enacted.
MARK: Don’t you trust the company’s credibility and products quality?
Armleyn: I am, sir. But we should not disregard this matter.
ANDREA: I agree with her, sir. This is an important matter given that company X is our greatest
competitor in the market.
MARK: *smirk* This is reality, but our company is way better than them. Continue to distribute
the products in the market, make it available as early as possible.
GENESIS: But, sir, we can't operate with this menace. We may also create an alternative
strategy to make things work smoothly.
JM: They are all right, Director. And the board will be open for suggestion and discussion. We
could discuss more about this.
MARK: There will be having no discussion because we are efficient enough to run stably in the
market. Meeting adjourned.

(everyone shakes their heads with disbelief)

ARMELYN: I heard that our market sales decreased. Tsk tsk


GENESIS: It is, if Director only listened to us before, this would not be happened.
ANDREA: Things are not good right now, company X is currently the leading company in the
market.
GENESIS: That’s not really good. I heard that the Chairman spoke with the Director.
JM: He must up to something right now, even the director himself and I also talk about it.
ARMELYN: Hmmm, he did not even listen to you, sir as well right?
JM: He did not, but I know this time, he will listen to us.

(sudden appearance of Director/ silence/uncomfortable greetings)

EVERYONE: GOOD DAY, SIR


MARK: Good day..*moment of silence* I know you heard the current decreased of our stocks
sales in the market and it causes a trouble in our company. First and foremost, I would like to
apologize for the behavior I’ve shown on the last meeting. I know I should listen to everyone of
you as well. I hope that you will continue to work with me as a team.
EVERYONE: *silence*
ADVISER: *nod* Of course, Sir, we will. We are just waiting for you to work with us.
MARK: Thank you, anyway. As what I have said earlier, our sale is currently dropping and
everyone of you are right. Company X well-planned their market strategy that outperformed our
company. Any suggestions to open?
ADVISER: Well, the best way to start this, we should involved an openness of minds in regards
to this situation wherein, make your employees’ statements valid and applicable.
MARK: I will consider that, now… the floor is open for suggestion.
GENESIS: Sir, the management team collaborated with the research team to conduct a survey to
assess the various reasons and solutions.
ANDREA: Sir, yes. We promptly began working on the information as soon as we received it in
order to provide a quick response. The marketing strategy of Company X in terms of generating
items in the market is based on the domain of Price over Quality.
MARK: That’s something we could counter, right?
GENESIS: Yes Sir, We make a proposal that will basically outperformed their strategy. It will
be the domain of Quality over Price.
MARK: Quality over Price? How will we do that? I think it will cost more than the estimated
budget.
ANDREA: Sir, it will not happen. We intend to manufacture a high-quality product for which
we will be able to give an alternative raw material of comparable quality to what we currently
utilise. We located a supplier for it, and if you agree, we can bring it to market at a sensible rates
while ensuring great quality.
MARK: I'll accept the approach, but first let me ask the financial team if we could still carry out
the plan, given our current financial situation.
ARMELYN: Yes, sir, we haven't had any problems so far because we still have enough budget
for it, and for the remaining things that haven't sold, we could still run a 35 percent deal, which is
considerably better than disregarding it and risking a profit loss.
GENESIS: We already, settled that one sir. Only your approval is needed.
MARK: JM? What can you say about that?
JM: That's the most straightforward option we have, and I don't see anything wrong with it
unless you decline.
MARK: if that’s the case. It settled. I will approve your proposal.
EVERYONE: *fells relief* THANK YOU SIR!!

MARK: I’ve already seen the result of your proposal. (monotone)


EVERYONE: *anticipated*
MARK: I'm impressed; we've regained our position as the leading company.
EVERYONE: *REJOICE*
MARK: I would like to personally address the credit to the hard work and effort you guys
invested. I know we all started in chaos because I let myself be stubborn and competitive with
this matter, I sincerely apologized for that.
GENESIS: It’s okay, Sir. But also thank you for allowing us to be a team for this. The credit
should be in you as well.
ARMELYN: We may all starts in chaos momentum but ended up succeeding as a team. Thank
you everyone for the hard work.
ANDREA: This should be blown and credited as a Team. THANK YOU EVERYONE!
THANK YOU DIRECTOR AND CHAIRMAN.
LHENDER: Right, I know that you guys could make it, thank you everyone. Especially to you
Director, that’s the best character development I’ve witnessed. Congratulations, everyone.
MARK: Thank you, Sir. And it’s all because of our employees. Sir, this time I have the
proposal. I wanted to give them an incentives for this. Would you mind approving that?
LHENDER: Of course, who am I to decline? Y’all deserve that.
EVERYONE: *CHEERING AND REJOICING* THANK YOU SO MUCH SIRS!!
MARK: Everyone, Let us all strive even harder and set a new goal. I suppose the next greatest
