: Look at what you guys are wearing. So awful. You know what, good thing I prepared my best
OOTD for this interview, unlike you guys.

Martinez: Oh wow, the interview hasn’t started yet this guy is so full of himself already.

Saminian: Yeah right, such a blowhard. Let’s see who gets hired after this.

[VILLAFLOR SCENE]

Garrote: Okay, first applicant. We’ll be calling you inside, in a minute.

Demesa: Mr. Villaflor, please come in.

: Now, tell us about yourself.

Villaflor: Hello, good morning. I am [Villaflor].

Garrote: Let’s proceed. Among you three, why do you think you are the best candidate for this job?

Villaflor: Uhm, I am the best candidate because… there… uhm… I have t-the qualities which… I have the
qualities that your company needs. And because… the edge I have is… that… I will do my best. Thank
you.

Garrote: For the last question, if you get hired as our employee, how will you sell our products?

Villaflor: To sell your products uhmm I will do everything… with uhm c-confidence. I will… uhm… apply
all the concepts I… learned in school… which I… which I think will… help me in… uhm… marketing
strategies. That’s all, thank you.

Demesa: Okay Mr. Villaflor. We’ll call you back after we’ve made our final decision. Thank you.

[MARTINEZ SCENE]

Garrote: Next applicant, you may come in now.

Martinez: Good morning, Ma’am.

Garrote: And to you as well, you may take your seat.

Demesa: Okay Mr. Martinez, tell us about yourself.

Martinez:

Garrote: Next question, do you think you are the best candidate, among you three, for this job? And
why?

Martinez: Yes Ma’am, I am very confident that I have the edge to best fit this position. I am a self-
motivated person who is willing to learn valuable skills on my own time. My set of skills is a perfect
match for the job requirements. In particular, my sales skills make me an ideal candidate for the
position.

Garrote: Okay that’s good to hear. And if you get hired in our company, how will you sell our products?

Martinez: First, I must put confidence that our product is going to sell. By this, I can provide our
consumers the details and benefits of purchasing our product. Also, I believe it is important to focus on
our target market that will most likely patronize what we’re about to offer. But of course, this strategy
will be more effective when sales skills are incorporated and put into work.

Demesa: Okay Mr. Martinez. We’ll get back to you after we’ve made our final decision. Thank you.

[SAMINIAN SCENE]

Demesa: Mr. Saminian, you may come in now.

Saminian: Good morning, Ma’am.

Garrote: Good morning, you may take your seat.

Saminian: Thank you, Ma’am.

Demesa: Okay let’s start. First, tell us about yourself.

Saminian:

Garrote: Among the applicants, why do you think you are the best candidate for this job?

Saminian: I am confident that I best fit this position for several reasons, but most specifically because of
my dedication to going above and beyond in a job. With that, I am committed to learning any new skills
on my own to succeed in this role.

Garrote: Oh, I see. Now, if you get hired and be part of our company, how will you sell our products?

Saminian: First off, rest assured that the skills I possess will not only come from the concepts I learned in
school. In fact, during my free time, I spend hours browsing the internet just to learn different marketing
strategies and techniques to enhance my sales and communication skills. Because I know all of these will
allow me to excel in the marketing role and bring great contribution to your company by showcasing my
full potential to make good sales. To answer your question, I believe it's essential to expand our market,
connect effectively with our consumers, attend to their queries in a professional manner, and provide
brief information about the product we're selling. Thank you.
