Percakapan ketika berinteraksi dengan rekan kerja menggunakan kalimat sapaan,

ramah tamah, meminta maaf, dan perpisahan!

At the Office:

Me: "Good morning, everyone! Hopefully, today we can work productively."

Coworker 1: "Good morning! Yes, hopefully, we can complete all tasks well."

Coworker 2: "Good morning! Any plans for today?"

Me: "Today we need to finish the monthly report and also prepare a presentation for tomorrow's
meeting. Is everyone ready for that?"

Coworker 3: "Yes, I've completed my part of the monthly report. But it still needs some final
touches."

Me: "Great, thank you very much for your hard work. What about you, Coworker 2?"

Coworker 2: "I'm almost done with the presentation, just need to add some latest data that just
came in."

Me: "Okay, let's start by reviewing the monthly report first. Who wants to start?"

Coworker 1: "Alright, I can start. But, sorry if there are any mistakes or incompleteness in the
report."

Me: "No problem, we're all a team here. If anything needs fixing, we'll do it together. Thank you
for your feedback."

Coworker 3: "What can I do to help?"

Me: "You can assist Coworker 1 by reviewing other sections of the monthly report. If there's
anything that needs to be fixed or added, please let us know."

Coworker 2: "In the meantime, I'll prepare slides for the presentation. If anyone has suggestions
or additional ideas, feel free to share."

Me: "Alright, let's get to work. Don't hesitate to ask if there's anything that needs clarification or
assistance."

[Several hours later]

Coworker 1: "I've completed the initial review, but I found some data that's not accurate. Sorry, I
need to revise it."

Me: "It's okay, thank you for your attention to detail. Feel free to fix it before the report is final."
Coworker 3: "I found some minor errors too. I'll fix them right away."

Me: "Alright, thank you very much for your hard work. Now, let's focus on the presentation.
Does anyone need help?"

Coworker 2: "I'm almost done with the last slide. But I'm still considering whether to add
additional charts."

Me: "Sounds like a good idea. Additional charts can help explain the data better. If you need help
finding them, let me know."

Coworker 1: "I can help find additional data for that chart."

Me: "Thank you for your assistance. Let's finish this presentation well."

[A while later]

Coworker 3: "I've added additional charts to the last slide. Is there anything else we need to do
before the presentation?"

Me: "I think we're ready. The monthly report has also been revised and improved. Thank you
very much for your hard work and cooperation, everyone."

Coworker 2: "You're welcome! Hopefully, our presentation will be successful tomorrow."

Coworker 1: "Amen! See you again tomorrow for the meeting."

Me: "See you tomorrow. Hopefully, we'll get good results from that meeting. Now, let's take a
short break before heading home."

[End of the day]

Me: "Good evening, everyone! Hopefully, today went smoothly for all of us."

Coworker 3: "Good evening! Thank you for your help today, it's greatly appreciated."

Me: "No problem, we're a team here. Hopefully, we can work together well again tomorrow."

Coworker 2: "Absolutely! See you tomorrow, hopefully tomorrow will be even better."

Me: "See you tomorrow, everyone. Hopefully, we'll all get a good night's rest."

[Farewell]

2. Percakapan ketika melaporkan status pekerjaan kepada atasan!

Zul: Good morning, Mr. Smith. I hope you're doing well today.

Boss: Good morning! Yes, I'm doing fine, thank you. How about you?

Zul: I'm doing well, thank you. I wanted to take some time to update you on the progress of our
project.

Boss: That sounds great. Please go ahead.

Zul: So, as you know, we've been working on the new marketing campaign for the past few
weeks. I'm happy to report that we've made significant progress.

Boss: That's wonderful to hear. Could you please give me a detailed update?

Zul: Of course. So, we started by conducting market research to identify our target audience and
understand their preferences. Based on the insights gathered, we developed a comprehensive
marketing strategy that includes both online and offline channels.

Boss: That's impressive. How is the execution of the strategy going?

Zul: We've already launched our social media campaign and it's been performing quite well.
We've seen an increase in engagement and followers on our platforms. Additionally, we've
finalized the design for our print advertisements and are scheduled to release them next week.

Boss: Excellent news. Have there been any challenges or obstacles along the way?

Zul: Yes, there have been a few challenges, particularly in coordinating with external vendors for
the printing of our materials. However, we've been proactive in addressing these issues and have
managed to stay on track with our timeline.

Boss: I'm glad to hear that you're managing challenges effectively. What about the budget? Are
we staying within the allocated budget?

Zul: Yes, we're closely monitoring our expenses and so far, we're within the allocated budget.
However, we're keeping a close eye on our spending to ensure that we don't exceed it.

Boss: That's good to hear. Is there anything specific you need from me to support the project
further?

Zul: Actually, there's one thing. We're considering expanding our online advertising efforts and
investing in Google Ads. I wanted to get your input on whether we should proceed with this
initiative.

Boss: That sounds like a promising opportunity. I think we should explore it further. Please
prepare a proposal outlining the potential benefits and costs, and we can discuss it in our next
meeting.
Zul: Will do. Thank you for your guidance.

Boss: You're welcome. Keep up the good work, and let me know if you need any further
assistance.

Zul: Thank you, Mr. Smith. I'll keep you updated on our progress.

Boss: Sounds good. Have a productive day.

Zul: You too, Mr. Smith.

Sarah: Hi Zul. I'm doing well, thank you. How about you?

Zul: I'm good, thank you. I'm calling because I need some information from you regarding the
upcoming project.

Sarah: Sure, I'd be happy to help. What do you need?

Zul: I was wondering if you could provide me with the latest sales data for the past quarter. We
need it to analyze consumer trends for our marketing campaign.

Sarah: Of course. Let me pull up the data for you. I'll email it to you as soon as possible.

Zul: That would be great, thank you. Also, I wanted to discuss scheduling a meeting to go over
the project details with you and the rest of the team. Are you available sometime this week?

Sarah: Yes, I should be available. What day and time were you thinking?

Zul: How about Thursday afternoon around 2:00 PM? Does that work for you?

Zul: That's fantastic news. Thank you for confirming. Should we meet in the conference room?

Sarah: Yes, the conference room should be available at that time. I'll make sure it's reserved for
our meeting.

Zul: Perfect. Is there anything specific you'd like to discuss during the meeting?

Sarah: I think it would be beneficial to review the project timeline and assign tasks to each team
member. We also need to discuss any potential challenges and how we plan to address them.

Zul: Agreed, that sounds like a productive agenda. I'll come prepared with updates on our
marketing strategy as well.

Sarah: Sounds good. Is there anything else you need from me before the meeting?
