PART E - EMAIL WRITING

ANS- Hi Mr.Jenkins,

This email is regarding training for new joiners. As requested i would like share my ideas on how training
schedule for new employees. Firstly we should prepare a schedule with number of days and topic
covered each day along with assessments. We can provide them with info about company history and
how things were planned to make it successful. Then we can train them with our colleagues who are
good at product knowledge. Customer interaction training will help new joiners alot. This includes how
to deal with customers and solve their issues efficiently. I hope these ideas might help . Looking forward
to hear from you again.

Thanks&Regards

The company you work for is located on a large property. The HR representative Ms.
Julia, has asked employees to submit suggestions for how to use some of the available
space on the property. Write an email to her providing your suggestions for using the
extra space.

Your suggestions must come from the following three themes.

● Café
● On-site gym
● Flower garden
Dear Ms. Julia,

This is with regard to you seeking ideas for the available space on the property. I
have given it some thought and have had few ideas which I would like to bring to
your attention.

As we a large unit with growth opportunities, it would be good to have a cafe on

the premises. This could reduce the time people take out for going out to have
meals. Cafes would particularly benefit those residing alone in the city.
Additionally it is ideal for encouraging interactions between the co-workers.

The other thing we could do is to turn it into a gym. This could be a huge hit
considering the nature of our jobs and lack of time to devote to fitness.

One other thing that could be considered is having a garden for flowers. It would
provide space for people to relax during breaks and would also bring some
positivity to the organisation.

I hope my ideas would be beneficial to you. Looking forward to new additions to

the premises.

Regards,
