Receptionist : Can I take a message?
Randy : Could you call him right now and tell him to call me back?
Receptionist : All right, I’ll call on his cell phone.
Randy : Thank you very much.

Dalam bertelepon secara formal dalam lingkungan kantor atau tempat kerja, ada
beberapa ungkapan yg dapat digunakan. Ungkapan-ungkapan tersebut terbagi
