Receiving and Making a Phone Call

Task. 1 Practice the dialog with your friend.


Mr. Kusrendra : Good morning. Zenshin Robotics. Agung Kusrendra speaking.
What can I do for you?
Ms. Niken : Good morning, Mr. Kusrendra. This is Niken.
Mr. Kusrendra : Hi, Niken. How’s it going?
Ms. Niken : Pretty good, thanks. How about you?
Mr. Kusrendra : I’m good, thanks.
Ms. Niken : By the way, I’m calling because I need information about
Delta Projects. Is Mr. Haris around?
Mr. Kusrendra : O.K. Please hold the line. I’ll check if he’s available at the
moment.
Ms. Niken : Sure. Thanks.

Mr. Wijaya : When will she be available?
Mr. Kusrendra : I am not really sure, Sir. Would you like to leave a message?
Mr. Wijaya : Yes. Can you ask her to call me at 839-121487, please?
Mr. Kusrendra : Let me repeat the number. It’s eight-three-nine,
one-two-one-four-eight-seven.
Mr. Wijaya : Yes. Please tell her that I want to discuss the ongoing project.
Mr. Kusrendra : Sure. Just to check, it’s Mr. Andre Wijaya from Graoming
