1. Self Assessment by subordinate :Name Alex Fernandez Step 1: List 3 achievements over the past 3 years for which youve taken largely personal credit. I am working with L&T HEs Weapon system and sensors business unit as a design engineer. My responsibilities are 3D modeling, detail engineering & coordinating with PMG for smooth execution of the project. The 3 achievements over the past 3 years are:1) Successful completion of modeling and drawing releasing for the 1st mobile launcher system. I was given the responsibility of modeling and detailing of all mechanical sub systems of the launcher which was completed within time. 2) Successfully solving assembly & integration issues such as deployment mechanism, stow lock & transportation locks.

Relate the two sets and see how personal values help or interfere with the organizational / professional values. o Being dedicated in your work helps achieve quality for the organization. o Being honest and hard working helps the organization maintain its Integrity. Hence, the personal values go forward in helping the organizational values.

Step 4: Based on the finding at the end of Step 2 Identify bad habit/s or disabling habit/s. How would you work on it? Hard pressing (for information, to get the work done from others, etc.) is one of the disabling habits, as it is clear that it could not contribute at all in any of the 3 achievements. I should be patient and handle things without aggression. Meditation is one way, which I think can help gain patience & composure.
