We are able to accommodate changes to lunches in school as long as the Ofce is informed. Have a brilliant weekend. Mr. Rothwell

Attendance Attendance in school is vital. Absence from school means valuable learning time is lost. We aim for an outstanding 97% plus each year. Last year our attendance was just below this gure. You are aware that for the past year I have not authorised any holidays during term time, this will continue, so please refrain from asking as my hands are tied.

I will be sending you out a letter that has come into school from the Department for Education, please take note because it sets out new procedures and guidelines. We shall also be carrying out regular punctuality spot checks this year. The doors open at 8.50 and all children should be in school by 8.55. We will be monitoring children who are late and writing to you individually if needed
