The Unaltered Me Having a big brother with extra-care and extra-attention due to an illness when I was a toddler has

taught me, Nur Aisyah binti Mohd Niza how significant it is to be an independent and knowledgeable person in order to survive in this competitive world. On 6 th of August 1995 at Hospital Universiti Sains Malaysia, I was born. My adored father, Mohd Niza bin Yusof is a Hitachi appliances supplier and my lovely mother, Rohani binti Abdullah, is a high school teacher. Being the second of five siblings, I have always been taught to follow my brothers successful steps and also to be a good model to both my younger brother and sisters. Living in a peaceful and discrete village of Kampung Batu Tumboh, Kampong Raja, Terengganu for about 11 years, I adore the simple yet blissful life. I received my formal primary education at SK Tengku Mahmud II from 2002 until I sat for my UPSR in 2007. My UPSR result was excellent; 5As. As result for my superb achievement, I was offered to continue my studies at SMK Tengku Mahmud - a cluster school. In 2008, I started my secondary school life in this prestigious institution. In 2010, I sat for my PMR and successfully maintained my perfect achievement by getting 8As.Then, I continued my studies at MARA Junior Science College Pengkalan Chepa to pursue my dreams. My trial examination result was also flamboyant in which I obtained 1A+, 5As and 3A-s and 1 B+. Now, it is proven that my academic performances are consistent and always tip-top. At school, I was among thousands of bright students from all edges of Malaysia. This requires hard work and big struggle to stay in front. However, despite all the hardships I needed to face, I managed to shine as the schools promising gem in all aspects. In addition for the splendid academic performance, I did well in extra-curricular affairs. In the field of sports and games, I was my colleges basketball player. I contributed a bronze medal in the Kelantan Basketball National Community for my college and took part in various basketball competitions. In the uniform bodies, I was the active member of the Girl Guide. My highest achievement in this field was when I was chosen to represent my college with my other friends in Inter-MRSM Girl Guide Camp.

However, my achievements in clubs and societies were far better. I participated in my colleges Schoolwide Enrichment Model (SEM) Programme, became the first runner-up for Case Study Category. I was also participated the Star-NiEs national level contest, Mag Inc 2010 and gained Merit Award. Other than that, I participated in the Nespray Space Challenge Academy 2005 and my colleges Inter-Homeroom Debate. Besides, I also participated in many leadership programs such as the Management Procedures and Minutes of Meetings Course 2011. My role as a leader should not be underestimated. I was chosen as a prefect in my primary school. In SMK Tengku Mahmud, I cultivated my leadership skills when I became the Form 3 Committee Member of Geography Club and one of the Patrol Leaders of Girl Guide. In MJSC Pengkalan Chepa, I became the WADAH (College Magazine) member, President of the Sewing & Composing Club, Secretary of Bowling Club 2010, the colleges Basketball Player, and the Refreshment Committee Member of Satria House. I was selected to hold these positions due to my high self-confidence, the high-spirit in completing my duties and my skills in strategyplanning. Proven, although I was extremely busy in many aspects throughout the year, I was still capable of managing my schedule systematically and coped with stress excellently until I gained huge success all around. HIGHER EDUCATION PLAN As I grow up, I am greatly influenced with accountancy fields due to many reasons. So, I become interested to be an accountant and anything related to business fields. In 2012, my friends and I attended CIMA (Chartered Institute of Management Accountant) and 2011 ACCA (Association of Chartered Certified Accountants) Talk on Accounting Field in my college. After having a long talk with one of the Malay woman accountant, my determination was set up. I will become Malaysias most well-known Malay woman accountant like her one day! Why do I set my heart to study accountancy so much? One of the reasons is because I love to learn Accounting Principles and Mathematics very much. I am very interested to learn about book-keeping, analyzing the companys performance, cutting down the cost to increase the profit and processes in handling the selling and buying products. It makes me to be closer the

Creator by being grateful. As for me, being an accountant is not only about preparing the companys financial statements. It comprises the duties to educate people about the importance of be thankful and appreciate the value of our assets. It is also an accountants responsibility to ensure that the company is at the optimum performance and make the companys decisions in securing a brighter prospect of the company. My greatest weakness is that I may become too detail-oriented. Thus, when I am in charge of doing something, I tend to ensure that everything is under-control and completed excellently. I manipulated this weakness of mine to ensure the success of my plan. Sometimes, I try to decrease this weakness of mine by stepping back and see the big picture. In addition, I also have the urge to help the people in need. Knowing that I cant help them financially, I will study hard and share my knowledge on how to save up cost when spending money yet can still live comfortably. Despite of deep interest in this field, accounting also serve a lot of golden opportunity in Malaysia, especially in future. As this field is less monopolized by Malay, I think it is my responsibility to help my own race. I wish and set a high hope that one day I will be able to enter the University of Melbourne, Australia. The Department of Accounting in that university is a large and dynamic. It is rated in the top 100 universities in the world. This university is established as one of the best universities in this globe. The proof is that the University of Auckland was ranked 37 th among the worlds best universities according to the Times Higher Education World University Ranking for the year 2011 and 2012 plus recognition for being the best university in New Zealand. The Department of Accounting aims to be the centre for accounting and industry partnership. To practice as a professional accountant in Australia, graduates are required to become a member of one of the three professional accounting bodies : CPA Australia, the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia or the Institute of Public Accountants. The Department of Accounting is committed to intellectual leadership in accounting education and research in Australia and the Asia-Pacific region.

FUTURE CAREER PROSPECT. To show how deep my interest is in this field, I have even sketched and imagined myself 15 years ahead. In the first 4 to 5 years hopefully starting from next year, I will undergo foundations in accounting course before continuing my degree in accounting. After that, I will receive my first class degree in accounting, the B. Acc. B. Acc stands for Bachelor of Accounting. As a fresh potential graduate, I will serve my country either with the government or any private company. After three years of working, I will sit for MIA (Malaysian Institute of Accountants). After receiving the title C.A.(Chartered Accountant), I will pursue my dreams in opening a business of muslimah saloon or post-natal care service. This is to ensure that my time after my retiree would be filled rather than just lazing around at home. By doing this, I also fulfill MARA objective which is to produce more Malay professional in our beloved country. I am here ready to be recruited as the Malay woman accountant to become an accountant that is able to work wherever not only in my country but also worldwide. MIA states that Accountants are one of the most sought after professionals in the world and Malaysia needs 79,000 qualified accountants by 2020. Therefore, I would like to respond to the need and be a citizen of Malaysia who could serve my country well. As the population grows and economy rises, the demand for accountant will always there. By then, Nur Aisyah binti Mohd Niza (C.A.) will be there to serve my country.
