And our wicker products are made from 100% high grade synthetic wicker which has been rigorously tested to suit the harsh adverse Australian weather, offering the durability, the strength and the sturdiness for years to come. Wicker Products A limited 3 years warranty (from the date of purchase) applies to all aluminium frames (warranted against manufacturing faults & defects only). A limited 1 year warranty (from the date of purchase) applies to cushion, sling, vinyl straps and the wicker. The warranty DOES NOT cover the following: Any commercial applications The glass Hardware against corrosion or rusting Damage as a result of failure by the end user to comply with the installation or care instructions provided on the warranty card or in an accompanying assembly instruction sheet Furniture damage by the acts of nature, abuse or lack of proper care Fabric, stains, mildew and fading of cushions or sling fabrics caused by general wear & tear or failure to comply with care and maintenance instructions Freight for replacement or repair is the responsibility of the consumer

Warranty
Cushion A limited 1 year warranty (from the date of purchase) applies to all our cushions. Our cushions are UV stabilised and treated. We strongly recommend that cushions are covered or removed when not in use to protect the colour and keep them looking brand new. Please note that the warranty does not cover material fading or mould, mistreatment, deterioration, misuse, abuse or negligence as the result of the failure to care and maintain.
