Stud dents and fa aculty can vi iew their CATII sc chedule by logging into their FFCS Login. Softw ware support t can be ext tended to Sc chools in scheduli ingexams,if ftheywishth hevenuedet tailstobeincludedunde erstudentlogin. In case of o PG studen nts not havin ng any exams scheduled during the above a period d (since their r courses are under RBL), this s period shou uld be used by them to carry out th heir SET project and they y are not permitte ed to avail this t as their vacation/ le eave. All PG Programme e Chairs are requested to o ensure that the e students ar re fully engaged in their SET projects s during the regular CAT T periods. conducts their own CAT (or equivalent) exam and hence instructional hours are lost. Question papers of all exam components of PBL/RBL courses should also be moderated by the School as per thestandardprocedureadoptedtoCATexamsofCBLcourses. Attendance entry will be closed at 8:00 PM of 28th March 2013 (Thursday). School Deans are requested to publish the Debarred students list on 30th March 2013 (Saturday), preferably in the forenoon.NecessarydebarredentriesshouldbepostedbySchoolsinthesoftwareby1stApril2013 (Monday) which can be seen by parents/ students/ course faculty/ proctors. For the purpose of calculation of CATII attendance percentage, coursewise attendance for the period between 2nd January (or) the date of final course registration (whichever is later) to 28th March 2013 (inclusive)willbetakenintoaccount.Minimumattendancerequirementsshall beas specifiedinthe AcademicRegulationsoftheUniversity.
