2.-INTERNAL INSPECTION
PGND Bar
For this initial inspection we will check that the OFB does not have any damage , also if the whole cabinet comes with the internal cabling.

3.1. Installation of the Units inside the OFB according the space distribution of the OFB
The installation of the units in the OFB, proceed as follows:
First : Determine the position for installing the unit , for example the BBU3806 , as shown in the figure 3.2
RIEL GUIDE

(11/7/2007)
Second: Remove the four screws M6 x 12 from the guide rails and placed them in the determined position, the riel guide will support the BBU 3806 Third :Push the BBU3806 gently into its position and fasten it with the screws M6 x 12.Figure 3.3 The rest of the units will follow the same steps for its installation .

Fig.5.1.1 Route for E1 cable and Optical Fiber. The figure 5.1 shows the route of the E1 cables and the Optical Fiber and the rule for this lay out is as follow: E1 cable: We will use the hole marked as Spare 1 to pass through the two E1 cables to the BBU 0.
(11/7/2007)
12
Optical Fiber: We will use the hole marked as F.O. 3 to 5 to pass the 3 Optical fiber. The Optical fiber and the E1 cable will be installed on the left side of the BBU and I will be separated each other as the fig 5.1.1 shows.

For the RRU -48 VDC cables we will use the hole marked as DC LOAD 0 and we will use a 1 adaptor for 1 pipe. The cables will be routed from the back to the front using the right side as the fig. 5.4 shows.
For the Grounding Bar the holes distribution will be as the following :

Fig. 5.5.1 Route for -48VDCINPUTCables. The -48VDC INPUT cables will be routed by the left side and we will use the hole marked as DC IN 0. To do that we will use a 1 terminator for 1 flexible pipe. As the fig 5.5.1 shows. Note: We can use the cable BLACK and BLUE cable from china if the distance between the OFB and the POWER SOURCE equipment is less than 18 m.
