This has reference to the Terms & Conditions for the work of

HY/EMP/TENDERS/2012-13/07 Dt. 19/11/2012 of BHEL, Hyderabad.

This letter is to confirm that:
1) The undersigned is the authorized representative of the company.
2) We have studied the Commercial Terms and the Business rules governing the Reverse Auction
as mentioned in your letter and confirm our agreement to them.
3) We also confirm that we have taken the training on the auction tool and have understood the
functionality of the same thoroughly.
4) We also confirm that we will fax the price confirmation & break up of our quoted price as per
Annexure V besides sending the same by courier both to M/s. BHEL and M/s. BOB Tech
Solutions Pvt. Ltd., Bengalore.
5) We also confirm that we will accept our Rank / Position that will be displayed when the Bidding
Time is over of the Online Reverse Auction.
6) We confirm that we have changed the password on the auction website after first log in
