Qualities of GHRP6 Additional GHRP Releasers

Published on 13 May, 2013, by Richard Blanchard

(Click here to read our disclaimer) There are a variety of GHRP chemicals, both in natural and artificial settings. These hormones are designed to time the gro th and creation of additional tissue. !n scientific study these hormones are used to determine their effects of various chemicals. Additional GHRP Releasers The GHRP series is a grou" of he#a"e"tides that is designed to mimic natural gro th releasers.

$asic versions of these "e"tides include GHRP%, GHRP& and GHRP'. These are available in natural forms, though the artificial versions of these chemicals have slightly different "ro"erties and are not considered for bodily use.

GHRP' has been used as a tem"late to hel" create additional "e"tides that have tetra "enta and "seudotri"e"ide "ro"erties. These have a very different structural homology and have different rece"tors that do not res"ond to the "ituitary and hy"othalamic glands the ay the natural substances ould.

(uch of the

ork that has been done to study these rece"tors

has been done by cloning the original hormone, both to "rovide researchers ith "lenty of the chemical for rounds of e#"eriments and to determine the best method for "roducing an artificial version of the hormone for "otential use. Ho ever, these cloned versions do not have the same homology as the natural rece"tors. Analy!in" )tudying the variance of GHRP variants suggests the natural versions of these chemicals contain a ligand that has not yet

been discovered. The GHRP series likely have t o sites of action that ill allo it to interact ith both the hy"othalamus and the "ituitary gland as necessary. This is likely to hel" some hormones regulate somatostatin or other factors that hel" to address hy"othalamic factures. *ny chemical versions of these hormones cannot include any o"ioid rece"tor antagonists that ould allo them to interact ith male or female organisms in an alternate manner.

The o"ioid rece"tor antagonists that a""ear in certain ty"es of natural some hormones can neutrali+e the effects or influences of chemicals likeGHRP'. !n a natural state this is designed to ensure regulation of hormones in a system, but in an artificial state this can negatively im"act the ability to study the effects of these chemicals.

)tudies of GHRP' and its im"act on free fatty acids, neurotransmitters, rhGH, glucocorticoids or e#ogenous somaostatin are ongoing to better understand the chemical design of manufactured GHRP'. ,ngoing insight on the GHRP chemical base can allo

scientists to make more "recise versions of these chemicals for further study.
