I live in a town called Kensington in Yorkshire. That's in England you know. It's a lively little place. There are medieval streets, parks, an open-air market, a cinema, an amusement park etc. You can't get bored here easily. But above all, a local secondary school is what draws people from this part of England to our town and makes the locals very proud. It's the Kensington School of Defensive Arts. The school of high class

education but also of great nutrition scam. It was revealed after a terrible outbreak of an unknown disease. It happened like this. I was at school that day walking with my friend down the corridor. It was around 3 p.m. during the lunch break. Suddenly, a boy started coughing terribly. He looked like really tired and like he had a headache and high temperature. I told my friend: He must be really sick. First I tried to talk to him but he couldn't respond. He was too weak. Then many other students started coughing hard as well with the same symptoms of this strange disease. Suddenly I got scared. My friend called me: Hey, mate. We should get out of here. It's a mess.. I didn't think so. So I called the ambulance. While I was bringing some water to the affected, the ambulance arrived. The sick were taken to the hospital. Nobody yet knows the real reason but the trigger was reduced immunity. Unfortunately the food we were eating in our school was deprived of many healthy and nutritious ingredients so someone can take the money. As soon the students started eating healthy food in the hospital, their status improved. Luckily, I eat home food because I am a day student. I learned many things from this. Some of them are that I learned how to help people and how important healthy food really is. I realised that I am good in crisis situation. My message? Eat healthy and stay safe.
