• Trained in Camp/Retreat management, non‐profit marketing, graphic design in

DEPARTMENTAL EXPIRIENCE 
• Developed and effectively executed $100,000.00 in Operational and Personnel budgets, 
maintaining yearly and quarterly goals. 
• Promoted and developed 5 year plan for department, including systems which 
supported yearly growth of 150%

COMPUTER SKILLS 
Proficient in using personal computer skills in such programs as Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Word, 
Excel, Access, PowerPoint, and Visio. Additionally, use of Adobe Creative Suite 3 (Photoshop, 
Dreamweaver, Illustrator etc.) for word processing, spreadsheet, and graphic design, including 
internal/external correspondence, reports, procedure manuals, and presentations. Familial use of 
congregational management programs such as Youth Tracker, Shelby, and FellowshipOne. 

CAREER HIGHLIGHTS 
• Programmed and Led worship 2‐3 times a week for 400+ people for 4 years 
• Gave input in the design and planning of SoCal Youth Convention 2005 and event for 10,000 
students and families. 
• Successfully planted thriving start‐up ministries (Lighthouse, St. Peter’s, Bethel). 
• Created College and Career Small Group Network, Skagit Valley WA 
• Doubled youth ministry attendance and increased Unity between students and the local church 
(Skagit Valley WA) 
• Sustained and Re‐aligned strong youth ministries increasing effectiveness, and local ministries to
