.Accomodation is very poor ( no water on the first day, CR is not so good ) It should be inside the room .1 \.Breakfast was late on the first day and second day, no coffe and no cups to use

.Training hall should be on the same area with the lodging house for participants. Venue for track 2 shall be on the location from track 1 ( San Fernando ). All partici .The training is very much applicable and useful tool to our organization .3

.The four day training is very fruitful and I gain so much knowledge which are very helpful in my work. I enjoyed the company of my "classmates" and I look forward t .Kindly include our batch to attend the track 2 SDC. Socializtaion after the sessions will be considered. Thank you very much I learned a lot .5

.It should have been conducted outside the Region. Suggest everybody should be considered in the SDC track 2. Hands out should be distributed before the module

.More speakers ( day 2 & 3 can be tackled by not only one speaker to avoid monotony and to have more insights from varried speakers. Hands out be given on the f .Participants of track 1 ( SDC ) shall be the regular participants to the track 2 & 3, therefore CSC shall make memo address to our head/president .8 .Some participants should be accomodated to SDC track 2 and the venue should be in Baguio .9 .Speaker should be facilitate only one module .10 .The seminar is very okay .11 .Track 2&3 should be scheduled immediately and be conducted outside the province of La Union .12 .Venue should be in Baguio .13
