INTRODUCTION

Counterfeit note cases are becoming more serious problem around world. If the government and business priotise the revenue and citizens happiness, neglecting the spread of counterfeit note within the economy system would cause destruction of economy cycle. This would lead to financial bankruptcy and unhappiness of ones country. This report will introduce how the suggesting solution would fit into the business and how would it operate within the business and its primarily objectives.
3. BUSINESS SECTION 3.1 Vision

Provide a mechanism for both customer and business to distinguish counterfeit bank notes in order to achieve safe and accurate bill payment environment within the workplace to make the world better place.

To build a fake note scanner, the set up is cost relatively low compare to other high set cost companies(Airplane). Moreover, the technologies to build a counterfeit note does not require high investment. There are high rates of chance that other companies may enter the industry, since the price of scanner in the market is not expensive.(Author, 2010)

There are few ways to identify the fake note; take the note and put it into the ATM machine or refuse to take the note if the employee suspects suspicious things on the note. However, these method have negative effects on the firms revenue. Businesses have to intergrate the scanning system on their payment

method.(Author,2010).

Rivalry among existing competitors would be fairly low. Compared to other industry, there are few prominent brands donimating the market those are not acknowledged. Moreover,

counterfeit note scanner can not be purchased on the street. At the last, there are not many ways

to replace the scanner to check the fake note.(Author, 2010).

Overall attractiveness of the industry: Overall even though it is extremely difficult to approve to use the security features, other than threat of new entrance and supplies power are low. Therefore, entering security industry with scanner is very facourable.
3.3 Customers and Their Needs

Our business targeting all the shops(fast food) and bank where receives the note as payment. In terms of revenue shops and bank need to get the right amount of payment from their customers. However, if there are counterfeit notes present in the payment, these payment becomes totally worthless and company would have revenue margine, which would lead to a loss of profit. Therefore, the potential customers, shops and banks, definitely need systems or product to support their payment system to make their profit or revenue safe and accurate .
3.4 The Product and Service

Our product provides our customers, shops and banks, the counterfeit note scanner which enables to check whether the received payment are genuine or not. This would make our customer buiness more efficiently by reducing time to comfirm the genuity of note. Furthermore, this is definitely more efficient than taking the note to bank for identification. Moreover, by updating security features frequently, the customers are able to identify any counterfeit note, which is costantly renewed.
3.5 Suppliers and Partners

Supplier 1. Bank when the counterfeit note scanner updates its information, security features of note is vital and it is confidential information. Moreover, the processes of getting the information about the security features are very strict and the purpose of acknowledging the features should be approved by the bank.

2. Programmer In order to run the software in the scanner smooth and easy it is very important to hire a good programmer. Furthermore, in terms of security, blocking any threats of virus or hacking is essential. Partner 1. Government - Government has a duty to make the economy environment for businesses by creating secured payment envrionment. Thererfore, by providing subsidies and tax reduction to encourage to businesses may motivate business reduce the counterfeit note cycling within the market. Moreover, by monitoring cycling of the bank note, government may able to reduce the crime of fake note 2. Bank - If cycle of counterfeit note is increasing, bank as well as the franchises would have loss of profit. Therefore by grant the security features to the business bank may have direct benefit(not having counterfeit note as a saving )

3.6 Strategy: Cost leadership

Low cost The price of the fake note scnnaer would set to be low since the technologies and the resources that need to supply to build one does not cost much. In order to customer be familiar with the product, scanning machine has to be in low price margin. Broad market there are numeraous franchises(Mc Donalds, warehouse etc) and retailers dealing with note as payment. Therefore our product should target all these businesses. The overall strategy is therefore cost leadership.
3.7 Value Chain Activity: Service after sale

The most important value chain activity for this business is Service after sale. I chose service after sale as a most important value chain activity because after the sale the review of the our product from the customer becomes one of the most crucial piece of information. The information distinguish whether our service was satisfactory or not. Moreover, by the feedbacks from the customers, the device can be developed to suit the customers needs.

3.8.1. CUSTOMER FEEDBACK PROCESS Customer feedback process allows customers to

leave their comment after they used our product. These comments include how could the counterfeit note scanner be improved and state any hinderance when using the device. These comments allow us to build a better device that can gain competitive advantage in the market. Constructing archives of these comments and use them as guidelines for development of the device provide constant revenue stream.

CONCLUSION

In conclusion, counterfeit note is becoming serious problems, it might cause chaos in economy system which can be lead to total poverty in ones country. So theresore, this problem should take as a serious problem. As you can see above information about industry analysis, its a bit easy to enter the industry and difficult to success to dominate the market. I think, by having security features and apply it into the scanner, it would be much easier to gain the competitive adavatage against other competitors. At last, use of processes and systems that I have introduced in earlier section would assist user to make the busienss more efficient to make the world better place.
