8:30 am – 10 am Small group discuss issues, interests, brainstorm ideas, etc.
10 am – 11 am Presentations from small groups (3-5 minutes per group)
11 am – 12:45 pm Small groups resume work; potential table reassignment based on
interest; working lunch
12:45 pm – 1:30 Presentations from small groups (7-10 minutes per group)

9 am – 9:30 am Artists presentation (only artists)
9:30 am – 12:30 Break into small groups by interest areas (established at previous
pm Saturday); working lunch
12:30 pm – 1 pm Move to Eugene Library Tykeson room; lunch
1 pm – 2 pm Reporting: each group to pin up drawings and report results
2 pm – 2:25 pm Discussion
2:25 pm – 2:30 pm Closing (AIA), clean-up
