FADE IN: EXT. BENCH - DAY ZANNY, age 25, sits on a bench on a nice sunny day, reading the newspaper with a sucker in his mouth. He flips between a few pages, looking for a job. ZANNY Geez man, theres nobody hiring anyone right now... Aint I the one outta luck. A college student walks by Zanny with some papers. Zanny puts down the newspaper on his lap, open with the top cover open and the article hes reading face down on his lap. He puts his open hand under his chin, sulking. ZANNY (CONTD) And every possible shiny star of hope in the sky just had to burn out on a day like this. He hears a knock coming from the college student who walked by recently as the student puts some papers up on a board with other sorts of ads on it. ZANNY (CONTD) Hm...? The student puts some more papers up and Zanny spaces out, staring at the student thats finishing up with the papers. Zanny puts the newspaper down and walks to the ad board with both hands in his jacket pockets. ZANNY (CONTD) If I call correctly, students usually leave ads up here for different occasions. Now let me see here... Theres a paper that catches his attention and rips it off of the board. His reaction changes to that of someone who just had his heartstrings pulled. (408)935-7100 BACK TO SCENE ZANNY (V.O) Yahoo! This must be my lucky day! Zanny calls the number on the ad with his cellphone. The phone rings a few times. The Dean picks up the phone. INTERCUT PHONE CALL PHONE CALL ZANNY Hello? Yes, hi. My name is Zanny Griffon and I just happen to be looking at an ad that tells me your school has a conspiracy. Well I was just wondering what kind of conspiracy had occurred. Can you give me some info about it? Dramatic, got it. Are you okay, mam? END PHONE Zanny gets his ear away from the phone a second to think about what hes getting into. ZANNY (V.O) Wow - this conspiracy must really be a painful one. Poor gal... ENTER PHONE ZANNY Oh no, dont worry about a thing. I mean... theres lots of things out there that are dramatic that might cause us to grieve a little, but the pain will pass. Cause you see, Im a conspiracy theorist and I can help solve whatever problem there tends to be. Hello? Hello? Really? END PHONE Zanny gets his ear away from the phone for a few more seconds and smiles with a fist full.

ZANNY (V.O) Im getting paid for this?! Ah hell yeah! ENTER PHONE ZANNY Dont worry about a thing! I will get this all straightened out A.S.A.P! END PHONE Zanny quickly hangs up. He jumps up and down with excitement. ZANNY (CONTD) Yahoo! Yahoo! Awesome! Zenny sits down calmly and picks up his cellphone again.

4. INT. KITCHEN - DAY The Dean of San Jose State University is at home dusting. Her phone rings and she goes to answer it. ENTER PHONE DEAN Ah yes, conspiracy. What did you want to know about it? Well, lets see... END PHONE During the phone call, the Deans daughter, Stacy, comes barging in, angry. STACY Mom - I cant find my favorite toothbrush! DEAN Oh stop it. Youre being dramatic. STACY I am not being dramatic - you bitch! The Dean starts to slightly tear up from her daughters own words. DEAN Oh geez... ENTER PHONE DEAN (CONTD) Thanks. Youre such a sweet young man. Sorry about that. My END PHONE Stacy turns on a vacuum cleaner, sticking her tongue out at her mother. DEAN (CONTD) Stacy! Stop acting such a child! Cant you see Im on the phone with someone. Please! Stacy turns off the vacuum cleaner and goes over to her mother. ENTER PHONE (CONTINUED)

DEAN (CONTD) Sorry about that. END PHONE Stacy interrupts her mother again. STACY Can I have some cash? I need to get my hair done. DEAN Okay fine, youll get paid after you finish the job. ENTER PHONE DEAN (CONTD) Hello? Hello? END PHONE BACK TO SCENE

INT. BEDROOM - DAY PARK, age 25, is sitting in a dark room in a chair at his working desk. There is a lamp thats lit to have him see what hes currently working on. The cellphone next to his desk rings. Park picks it up and answers. PARK Hello? Park quickly stands up from his chair with the cellphone next to him. PARK (CONTD) Seriously?! When do we start? All right... Ill be there at 3.

EXT. SJSU - BENCH - DAY Zanny is at San Jose State University, sitting on a bench, waiting for his friend, Park to come. Zanny is sucking on a sucker. ZANNY (V.O) Conspiracies. A conspiracy is a secret plan made by a person or a group of people that tend to do harm to others. When something goes bad for someone, does it tend to be a coincidence? Karma? No! Everything is a conspiracy - one way or another. And I blame God for that... Everything is a conspiracy. Park sits next to Zanny on the bench. They both stay silent for a short time. PARK You ready for this? Zanny nods his head. ZANNY Here we go.

EXT. SJSU - CAMPUS - DAY Zanny and Park both get up and start walking, side by side on campus with students walking on by. PARK (V.O) My name is Park. Im 25 years old. This here is my partner, Zanny. Hes also 25 years old. We - are both conspiracy theorists! Well, actually we tend to take being conspiracy theorists as our hobby. Been that way since weve both met each other. Yeah, I know what you are thinking right now. And youre right. Sadly...were neighbors.

9. INT. SJSU - BUILDING HALL - DAY Zanny and Park are hanging around some of the classrooms, watching the students in a class. ZANNY You know...maybe someday well both come to this college and learn about what we really like in this world. PARK So tell me. What do we tend to do to figure out this conspiracy? ZANNY Good question... Zanny takes out another sucker and unwraps it. PARK How big are we talking here? Zanny puts the sucker in his mouth, sucking on it. ZANNY Its gotta be something huge. I mean the Dean was crying over the phone because of it. And she said wed get paid for it, too! I mean my god - I could just see it in my mind! She seemed devastated over it. PARK Geez... Well we cant just go around asking people about it. They would surely be on to us in no time if were asking students about plots and such. A college girl student yells out while having a conversation with her friend. They are holding some papers in their hands. GIRL 1 OH MY GOD, REALLY?! GIRL 2 Shhh! Keep your voice down! Classes are still going on. Zanny and Park take notice of the conversation.

CONTINUED: ZANNY Whats that all about...? PARK Im not sure.

Zanny is ease dropping behind a corner of the hall and Park laying low near Zanny. GIRL 1 But is it really true? GIRL 2 Yeah - 20 years ago, some student died in HGH226! GIRL 1 Oh my god, really?! GIRL 2 Yeah! Suicide! Apparently the student had a washed up boyfriend and became pregnant unknowingly. She hung herself using a self-made rope and a chair. GIRL 1 Snap! GIRL 2 Yeah - snap! PARK I think we just got our lucky break! ZANNY Yeah! Lets investigate this at night. Its a good as a spot as any! Zanny and Park both quickly and silently start running in the opposite direction of the girls. GIRL 1 You know, I dont think these lines work at all. I mean come on, suicide?! Really?! GIRL 2 Hey, it was your idea to begin with! Stick to your lines and well be fine.

EXT. CAR - NIGHT Zanny and Park are waiting inside their car in a parking area. Park is in the drivers seat and Zanny is on the passengers side of the car. The passenger window is down. ZANNY Alrighty... Zanny checks his cellphone for the time. ZANNY (CONTD) I think its late enough...dont you? PARK Ehhhhh - good enough, I guess. ZANNY Alright! Zanny looks out of his side of the car. ZANNY (CONTD) Lets get this show started.

INT. SJSU - STAIRS - NIGHT Zanny and Park are slowly tip toeing up a flight of stairs to get to the second floor. A student walks by as they are climbing the stairs. They lean against the wall mid-way, pretending to just look around, minding their own business. The college student goes by and Park gives the sign to press forward.

INT. SJSU - SECOND FLOOR - NIGHT Park notices the right door to HGH226 is open. They quietly tiptoe to the room. They start whispering. ZANNY Why are we tiptoeing? PARK So they cant hear our footsteps. ZANNY Oh... Why are we whispering? PARK So they dont hear our speaking. ZANNY Oh... Why arent we breathing? PARK Thats just you. ZANNY Oh... Hey Pa Park turns to Zanny, located behind him, annoyed. PARK What?! What?! What?! Spill it already! ZANNY I feel better now. Park looks like he wants to commit after he gets an even more annoying expression on him as he turns around again. ZANNY (CONTD) Yeah! That breathing trick worked; nice one! PARK Press on. They both notice some of the lights are on but its slightly dimmed inside the room of HGH226. ZANNY I think theres someone in there. I can hear something.

PARK Or someone... They can barely hear the sound of scraping and slight moaning. Zanny quickly passes by Park. ZANNY Quick, let me see! Zanny takes a look inside and he sees both a female and male college student inside. The male is sitting on the ground with his legs apart, scratching the females head. The female is on both of her knees, leaning down, moving her head slightly and moaning. Zanny starts to get scared and is about to scream. Park takes a quick peek and goes back against the wall, covering Zannys mouth and dragging him down into hiding with him. PARK Zanny. Zanny! Oi - Zanny, calm down! Qucick, put a sucker in your mouth. Hurry! Zanny struggles to get out another sucker, unwrapping it and putting it in his mouth, but manages. ZANNY What the hell did we just see?! PARK Lets take another look just to be sure. Zanny nods and they both peek their heads around the door to see the same activity going on. They put their heads back onto their sholders, looking at each other. PARK I say we run for it. ZANNY What?! PARK If they catch us, our cover is blown. We need to retreat for now. ZANNY On three then? Park nods.

ZANNY One... Two... Zanny runs ahead of Park before he counts to three. Park realizes a short bit afterwards. PARK Huh? Hey - dont leave me here! Park runs after Zanny who left him in the dust.

INT. SJSU - HGH226 - NIGHT The two students stopped what they were doing and looked behind them towards the open door. GIRL 3 Hey, did you hear something? MALE STUDENT Maybe... Could have been our imaginations though. Both students turn their attention back to the room. MALE STUDENT (CONTD) We should hurry up. I dont want to get in trouble for spilling this water on the floor. The male student picks up his water bottle that was behind him. GIRL 3 Hey, Im the one wiping all this up! The male student chuckles. MALE STUDENT Sorry. GIRL 3 Hey, my head itches a little still. Could you continue to scratch it a bit longer? MALE STUDENT Alright. The male student continues to scratch the female students head while she moans from the enjoyment of the scratching while cleaning up the rest of the water spill.

19. INT. FIRST FLOOR - GREEN ROOM - NIGHT Zanny and Park attempt to catch their breath. PARK Bastard. Leaving me behind like that! How could you? ZANNY Hey - I was just as scared as you were! PARK We need to cool it for a period here... Both of them slow down their breathing after panting for some time. PARK (CONTD) Okay now think, Zenny. What was it that we saw? ZANNY A conspiracy? Maybe...? PARK How in the world does a secret sex club at a college work as a conspiracy?! ZANNY THINK...FOR ONE - MOMENT! Sex on campuses are illegal unless they are within enclosed doors in a facility that they are borrowing in exchange for money. PARK You mean the dorms. ...Right? ZANNY Exactly. This conspiracy is involving not people, but the rulings of a university. Thats gotta be it! PARK But none of this makes any sense. Why would the dean of the campus have ads saying that there is a conspiracy going on on campus? Wouldnt they have found out about it by now? (CONTINUED)

ZANNY Its college students were dealing with, not trained professionals! They must already know that the dean is looking for help on the matter and these students are trying to keep as low of a profile on it as possible. PARK Come on. ZANNY Huh? PARK We need to figure out our next step into unveiling this scandal. ZANNY Right.

INT. FIRST FLOOR - HALLWAY - NIGHT Zanny and Park walk in the hallway, attempting to get to an exit. They both hear a scream. They both stop, wondering where it was coming from. All is silent and they press on. They hear another scream. Both of them stop again. They look around them, trying to figure out where the noise is coming from. PARK How many suckers are you gonna have? ZANNY Why do you ask? PARK Because your stomach keeps on growling. ZANNY You mean that scream? Park nods. ZANNY (CONTD) That wasnt my stomach... Another scream shrieks through the halls. Zanny and Park both hear it again. ZANNY (CONTD) What the hell is that? PARK Lets check it out... Another scream echoes. ZANNY Its coming from over there. Zanny and Park tred quietly into the theatre room in the building and they see a big bright light against a wall. As soon as they enter the theatre, they see 2 big shadows. The shadows are of a man killing a woman with a knife. The woman is tied down with string and screams as it gets stabbed. Park and Zanny yell out at the top of their lungs and run out of the theatre room as soon as they can and run far away from it.

INT. THEATRE ROOM - NIGHT The shadows on the wall that seemed to be a man killing a woman in bonds was a theatre class rehersing a scene for a play.There are a bunch of students and an instructor gathered around the general area. The girl gets stabbed over and over until she laughs. GIRL 4 Oh my god, stop it! Youre going to make me laugh to death. Stop it! MALE STUDENT 2 Rawr! Die, die, die. INSTRUCTOR Okay class, thats enough. Stop killing the hostage. Remember, this is the final scene, so it needs to be filled with drama! Tons and tons of emotion must flow through those cries of terror! MALE STUDENT 3 Instructor, theres an extra light on over there. INSTRUCTOR Oh, thank you. Can someone turn that light off? Someone will get the wrong idea if they saw what that light produces.

23. INT. FIRST FLOOR - HALLWAY - NIGHT Zanny and Park try to settle down their hard breathing. PARK What was that we just saw?! ZANNY That must have been the conspiracy that we were trying to solve. Park slides down to the ground while his back is against the wall. PARK We were too late... They already executed the plan. ZANNY How did this happen...? Unless... PARK You dont think? ZANNY Yeah. There is more than one conspiracy going on around here! PARK Damn it all... ZANNY Yeah... And we just had to get in the middle of a multi-conspiracy-theory! PARK So which one is the conspiracy we were hired to find out? ZANNY Im not sure. Which one is it... sex? Or murder... They both think hard and long. PARK Maybe theyre connected somehow. ZANNY Yeah - thats gotta be it! Come on! Zanny picks up Park from off the floor.

ZANNY (CONTD) We need to warn the dean about this matter! PARK Right!

25. INT. DEAN OFFICE - DAY The dean is doing some paper work. The door barges open with Zanny and Park charging on in. There are students that are sitting in a line next to the door in the office. ZANNY Mam, we have concluded with our investigation! The dean gets up from her desk. DEAN What in the blazing hells is going on?! Who are you two?! Zanny shakes the deans hand. ZANNY Oh, Im sorry, my name is Zanny. This is my partner, Park. PARK How do you do? ZANNY I called the other day about a conspiracy, you remember? DEAN Ah yes, the man on the phone asking about conspiracy. Yes, did you want to know something about it? Zanny starts to realize that something odd is going on. ZANNY Well thats what we came here to...warn...you...abo.... Huh? DEAN Did you want to know anything about it? Conspiracy, right? ZANNY Well, uh...um PARK We came to warn you about a multiple conspiracy organization plotting against the policies of your university. Did you not receive a call from my friend here?

CONTINUED: DEAN Yeah I did. I was assuming he called to ask about the general information about the school play. ZANNY I called because it said you had a...conspir....acy.... What school play? What school play? DEAN Conspiracy. Thats the name of the school play that our university is putting on this semester. ZANNY But you... You were crying over the phone. You said it was dramatic. DEAN Dramatic? Crying? Oh! You must have overheard me and my daughter arguing. Im so sorry you had to hear those harsh back and forth forceful pieces of literature. PARK Zanny...?

Zanny starts looking around and notices all the students that theyve encountered that night. ZANNY These two girls said that someone had died at this school 20 years ago! We both overheard them talking about it! GIRL 1 You heard us speaking our lines for the play. GIRL 2 Yeah - like totally just lines! I mean no ones ever died at this university. The schools like completely safe. PARK Zanny. Zanny starts to worry slightly. He sees the other students next to the girls he just spoke to.

ZANNY These two students are in a secret sex club at this school. We both saw them doing, uh...you know. DEAN I called them both in here because of a water spill they caused last night in a classroom. PARK Spilt water? MALE STUDENT Yeah... I accidently spilled my water bottle on the floor. GIRL 3 I was helping cleaning it up. I was sitting on the floor for a long time and didnt want to get up so I just sat on my knees. ZANNY But what about the moaning and the scratching of the head? GIRL 3 My head was itchy so I had my best friend scratch it for me while I was cleaning up. MALE STUDENT You must have seen us in that position from the wrong angle. PARK Zanny...! ZANNY This girl got stabbed to death - we saw the shadow of someone stabing her constantly while being tied down! GIRL 4 That was the final scene of the play we were rehearsing. The main female protagonist gets caught by a cult and gets stabbed in the end.

ZANNY Eh? PARK Zanny! Zanny notices a poster on paper on her desk. ZANNY Well, what about this ad right here?! It said Conspiracy at San Jose State! And it had... uh... Zanny notices the paper as a whole and it was a poster of the school play. PARK Zanny, can I ask you one thing? Did the ad you take a look at before you called me...was it torn in any given way? ZANNY Yes... Park starts to get really frustrated and yells at the top of his lungs.

INT. WORK ROOM - DAY A boy is screaming and writing on a desk while sitting in a chair. He has a paper with a pen in front of him that has the top titled "CONSPIRACY". BOY Hm... Nah! He crumples up the paper he has on his desk and throws it overhand backwards over his shoulder near a trash can. In the trash can holds a number of torn up and crumpled pieces of paper. FADE OUT:
