Allmembersofthemeetingwereabletoattendthemeetingon time,soitwasntapplicabletoanyoneelseaseveryoneelsewas ontimesothemeetingwentsmoothlywithoutanyinterruption. Thisstageistofocusonproblemsthatmayhavearisen.TheClient (HarithMbos)putsforwardsthepointthatthemultimedia producthasnotbeencompleted.Anotherproblemthatgotup wastherehasbeenmoretimespentonthedesignstagerather thantheactualimplementationsofthedesignsintoflash. Everyoneagreedonthisandcameupwiththedecisionthatwe willbefinishingtheimplementationofhomepagewithintwoor threedays. Aswewerediscussingthefinalwaytofinishtheimplementation, therewasabitofdifficultintheproduct.Asintheprocessof homepagedesigning,wediscussedthattoinsertslideshowinthe homepagetoattractviewerseye,intheprocessofmakingthis, theslidecouldonlybemadeinactionscript3ratherthanaction script2.Althoughtheslideshowwascreatedbutthelinkingof thebuttonwasntworking.Thiswasthereasonwhymoretime wasspent. Iaskedeveryoneiftheywerehappywiththeoverallworkthatwe havedonesofar.Everyoneseemstobehappywiththeformand thelevelofthecommunicationbetweenallthestakeholders. Seniormanagersuggeststhatperhapsheshouldbeemailed beforeanyparticularlybigchangesaremadetotheproductso thatshemaybeabletoassistfurtherinthedevelopmentofthe
