1.CONTEXT GENERAL LOOK AND FEEL OF DEUTSCHE BANK
PROJECTS

Digital workplace and digital working has just as much of a social

0740.143.020
component as a technological one. If we could for a moment imagine
what the world must look like, if we could see all of the data streams
and bits that transmit through the air, understand all of the moving
parts that make networks and communications and the internet work
across the global (and beyond), we would see a world that is completely
foreign and amazing, and realize just how digital we already are, and
see the path forward.

DB Global Technology is Deutsche Banks technology center in Central

and Eastern Europe. Opened in January 2014, the Bucharest office is
constantly expanding.

DB Global Technology develops cutting-edge software applications for

the Deutsche Banks global operations and represents a platform for
highly skilled software engineers.
We pride ourselves on offering our team members a work place that is
not only state-of-the-art, but also eco-friendly. The center was the first
space in Romania to be awarded the highest LEED (Leadership in Energy
and Environmental Design) distinction, the LEED Platinum certificate, by
the US Green Building Council (USGBC) a certificate that imposes new
standards for eco-friendly offices on the local market.
Aimed to facilitate a digital environment, the centre in Bucharest sought
to enhance employee experience, productivity and efficiency.
