    Dear mr./mrs.

    Ljiljana Medved asked us to write our impressions and letter of reccomendation for her work that she has done for us. We met mrs. Ljiljana back in 2001 when she started working as a young pastry chef in Medakovic ltd.. They worked catering for us whenever we had weddings at our hotel. They made pastries, cakes and wedding cakes. Over the years we monitored her work and her skills have progressively risen during the time. Mrs. Medved is always following trends in pastry business so she always has some fresh ideas which came in quite handy when we had complicated and sofisticated requests from our clients. When she stopped working for Medakovic ltd. we wanted to continue our cooperation with her so we entered into arrangement with her new employer UTO Katarina. Over the years mrs. Medved has proved herself as a very skilled and dedicated pastry chef, best in her field here in Vinkovci and its region. She always rose to the challenge and nothing was a problem, especially wedding cakes which are her specialties. Some of her work will be enlosed in document.
