Never before has it been simpler to maneuver heavy and bulky loads into the right position with pin-point accuracy. Its unrestricted two-dimensional freedom of motion makes this possible: and ensures maximum exibility. Driving underneath loads or raising them: the vehicles for internal logistics effortlessly lift payloads of up to 90 tonnes. Ten different vehicle variants with individual intermediate sizes and numerous customer-specic options packages ensure that you will nd solutions to cover an extremely wide range of requirements. Thanks to their omnidirectional drive technology, the platforms can be moved in any direction even in the most conned of spaces. This signicantly reduces your logistics area, thereby greatly reducing costs. Small irregularities in the oor are also no problem for the KUKA omniMove even after prolonged operation, there is no need to fear deterioration of the concrete subsurface. The advantages: enormous mobility and low space requirements.

Look forward to precision work: the KUKA omniMove delivers precisely that and impresses with its positioning accuracy of up to 1 mm. This is made possible by optical guidance and positioning assistance in addition to mechanical guide elements. Navigation of the vehicle is carried out either manually, using a radio control unit or joystick, or automatically by means of an inductive or optical guidance system. The advantages: utmost precision and simple operator control.

It can be loaded easily by driving under the load or lifting a component carrier. Alternatively, loading can be carried out by means of a crane or other lifting equipment. The electrical drive concept promises high efciency combined with long and above all quiet operation. The servo-controlled drive ensures accurate guidance tracking. The advantages: simple loading and high efciency.

Heavyweight champion thanks to tandem mode: the mechanical coupling of two vehicles, each with a payload capacity of 45 tonnes, makes it possible to transport payloads weighing up to 90 tonnes or workpieces with a length of up to 30 meters. This does not mean compromising on safety: the KUKA omniMove meets all required safety standards for industrial trucks. The advantages: high load capacity and maximum safety.
