In consideration for the opportunity to participate in the National Deaf Poker Tour hosted by GKC, LLC - the
undersigned Participant (“Participant”), hereby agrees as follows:

Participant agrees that Participant will make no claim of any kind against GKC, LLC., National Deaf Poker Tour and
Trump Taj Mahal as a result of participating in the National Deaf Poker Tour event, and irrevocably and
unconditionally waives and releases GKC, LLC., National Deaf Poker Tour, Trump Taj Mahal and its invitees and
participants from all claims arising out of such use, including, without limitation, any claims for invasion of privacy,
infringement of Participant's right of publicity, defamation (including libel and slander) and any other personal
and/or property rights.

By registering, I attest to the fact that I am over 21 years of age.

To participate in the Deaf Women's Poker Event, NDPT Texas Hold' Em Madness and National Deaf Poker Tour, I
attest to the fact that I am either deaf or hard of hearing (minimum 55 dB hearing loss) and thus eligible to play in
this tournament. I acknowledge that if if I am discovered otherwise, I will forfeit my winnings and points.
