outside and at the office to experience restrictions
which resulted in the formation of new impacts,
namely remote work, reducing restrictions on going
out, and avoiding crowds.Various situations in
remote work make everyone have a condition of
boredom and social anxiety.

Planning activities that will create a
comfortable atmosphere while working
at home. Such as chatting with friends
online, exercising, or just taking a
leisurely walk.

and personal area
Scheduling things related to work
accompanied by time off after work and
sorting out certain times that h e the most
energy and use other time to do easy
work. For the place, use a work area that
can make you feel comfortable when you
are there.

Create special roles
Create a place where everyone can write
down their ideas before starting the
brainstorming session.Don't forget to record
your opinion in the form of a voice or video
message and then send it to your coworkers,
the point is to make them respond according
to their time.

In this Covid-19 pandemic, we have many


challenges and also have many opportunities.
By building a good routine, it will make us feel
more comfortable when we are at home
because we are doing new routines, namely
remote work and diverting old habits with
better routines.
