Regarding on the matter above, I am Sharifah Khalidah Binti Syed Khalid, a medicine student currently in 3rd year for session 2012/2013 at Zagazig University in Egypt would like to express my interest for further study in your college.

2. For your information sir, my intention to change my learning place is because of some reasons may I state below :

i. Local conditions which is still in chaos and instability due to the country's administration still shaky. There's always a small riot that unexpected will be occur. Sometimes it happened near to our college and residence area. ii. The university administration and management system that is not satisfactory kind of interfere with my learning. iii. The cost of living is increasing a lot, with the advent of many new students have made many home owners here raise the rent houses more than the ability of the students. I also often deceived by my landlord rent ever asked for money to pay bills rented house at a higher price more than what was used in my daily life. Besides, retail traders also took the opportunity to impose higher prices to Malaysian students for every purchase of essential items compared with the local population.

iv. Every day my safety, have been threatened and often been interrupted by some locals. I've chased and cast stone and wood by naughty children each time walking home from class at the university without any reason. Every day I have to hear the words of insult and always be followed to the house by the people I do not know. v. The Comparison level of education in Malaysia is better than Egypt. This is because they are more likely focused on basis rather than their studies of skills. 3. For your information, my studies was sponsored by MARA loan. If I managed to get a place in your college then it will facilitate the financing of college fees as your college also collaborating with MARA. I hope you will consider the appeal of my application, based on what I have written above.
