Government of Pakistan Benazir Income Support Programme (BISP) The Government of Islamic Republic of Pakistan has received a credit

from the International Development Associations under Social Safety Net Project (SSNP) for strengthening social safety net operations by BISP. BISP intends to apply part of the proceeds of this credit to payments for following services (individual consultants) to be hired under this project initially for a period of one year extendable for another year subject to satisfactory performance. Sr. Position Required Qualification & Experience No. 1. MIS/ System Qualification: At least a BS degree (MS will be preferred) in Computer Architect Science or any related field. Experience: At least five (05) years experience of software design, (preferably (One position) commercial) development and deployment in large scale service architectures with IT applications. Solid experience of Infrastructure Design, Application Development, implementation and go-live support is essential. Knowledge of Oracle database tuning for .Net/Java web/Software application development. 2. Software Project Qualification: At least Bachelors degree in Computer Sciences CS (4 years) Manager or minimum 16 years of education in relevant field. (One position) Experience: At least 4+ years work experience in software development and 2+ years in capacity of project management, including all aspects of project life cycle phases. Familiar with programming languages, including VC/C++, .NET, C# or Java. Database and operating systems experience with SQL server. 3. Senior Software Qualification: At least Bachelor degree in Computer Sciences (4 years) or a Developer related discipline. Experience: At least five (05) years of working experience as Software (Two positions) Developer on enterprise level projects in reputed organizations - preferably CMMI/ISO certified. Familiar with programming languages including .Net/VC, C++ etc. 4. Business Intelligence Qualification: At least Bachelors degree in Computer Sciences CS (4 years) or Specialist minimum 16 years of education in relevant field. Experience: At least four (04) years related business intelligence and date (One position) analytics experience on organization of repute, knowledge and experience of using at least ETL tool(Informatics, SSIS, Ab initio, etc. Knowledge and experience of at least one BI Tool (BO), Cognos, tableu, Micro strategy etc. 5. Geographical Qualification: At least Bachelor degree in Computer Science CS (4 years) or Information System minimum 16 years of education preferably masters in Information Systems or in Specialist a relevant field. Experience: At least three (03+) years related experience in organization of (One position) repute, preferably CMMI/ISO9001-2000 certified. 6. Information Security Qualification: At least Bachelor degree in Computer Sciences CS (4 years) or Specialist minimum 16 years of education in relevant field. Experience: At least 02+ years of experience in information security (One position) implementing or managing incident response technology such as Security Information & Event Management (SIEM), Intrusion Detection / Prevention Systems, Data Loss Prevention (DLP) required. Network Securities Technologies, such as Routers/ Switches, Firewalls, Operating System Administration (UNIX/LINUX) etc.

Qualification: At least a Bachelor degree (4 years) in social sciences preferably related to social protection and/or poverty alleviation. Experience: At least two (02) years of professional experience of working in the field of Development or Poverty Alleviation or research. Qualification: A university degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Development Studies or equivalent. An internationally recognized project management certification e.g. Project Management Professional (PMP) would be an added advantage. Experience: Experience of 8-10 years in public and or private sector with national/international organization(s) demonstrating evidence of achieving results and graduation to responsible positions. 2-3 years field specific operational experience would be an added advantage.
