They state they can not mediate if the complaint is about an attorney and the recommend filing a complaint with the bar association.     Consumer complaints regarding the actions of attorneys are exempt from the Consumer
    Protection Act and the informal mediation service our office provides. The State Supreme Court
    has given the Washington State Bar Association the authority to review and respond to
    com plaints regarding Washington State attorneys.

    To file a complaint against an attorney, you may contact the Washington State Bar Association
    directly at 206-727-8207, 800-945-9722 or via their website at http://wsba.org.

    Although we are unable to assist you in this matter, we appreciate you contacting our office.
    Your complaint will remain as part of our public records.
