Fort Carson, Colorado.
• Developed the project layout, site surveys, and site controls.
• Coordinated RFIs between HP’s management team, subcontractors, architects, and engineers.

• Assured that contaminants were contained and had any violations corrected immediately.
• Monitored the locations of all pollution sources and recorded all activity in my report and on the site
map.

vendors.
• Oversaw implementation of quantity take-off, building boundaries, pile locations, grade beam
location/grid lines, site elevations, utilities layout and as-built locations/elevations and site work
layout.
• Managed subcontractors to ensure the schedule was kept and the level of quality was maintained
both Hensel Phelps and the Army Corps of Engineers.

Selected Accomplishments
 Completed the U.S. Green Building Council Class in preparation for the LEED AP Exam.
 Became the first in the history of Fort Carson to achieve a 4-star rating on initial building turn over
for Hensel Phelps Construction Company.
 Participated in a weekend event for Hensel Phelps where we volunteered to do a home up-fit for
a disabled Vietnam War Veteran.
