i$pro"e our sou!s $ore eager!, %or as !ong as ou !i"e on earth
ou a!! sti!! carr i$$ature su#stances &ithin ourse!"es. You a!!
$ore or !ess sti!! ha"e to %ight
against inc!inations,
!ongings
and a!! 'inds o% &ea'nesses,
and ou shou!d a!&as re$e$#er that ou ought to spiritua!ise
these su#stances during our earth! !i%e.
( constant strugg!e &i!! ha"e to ta'e p!ace, and ou shou!d
o"erco$e the$, ou shou!d tr to in%!uence the unspiritua!
su#stances &ith $uch !o"e to !et go o% ou, to )oin the desire o% the
spirit &ithin ou, to stop pestering our sou! so that it &i!! #e a#!e
to ascend to the pinnac!e &ith e"er greater ease and &ithout #eing
he!d #ac'.

ou $ust not send out an igno#!e thoughts

Your thin'ing sha!! a!&as #e no#!e and pure, &hich e*c!udes e"er
thought o% hatred and "engeance.... You shou!d a"oid e"er un'ind
&ord and a!&as re$e$#er that ou e*pect !o"e, co$passion and
%orgi"eness %ro$ Me, thus ou shou!d a!so grant the sa$e to our
%e!!o& hu$an #eing....
In e"erthing ou thin' or sa ou shou!d 'no& that I 'no& it too,
and ou shou!d as' ourse!"es &hether ou are #eha"ing correct!
in M presence-.... I 'no& that ou are a!! sti!! &ea', that the #att!e
&hich ou shou!d &age against ourse!"es is indeed the $ost
di%%icu!t.... But M strength is a!&as at our disposa! and ou on!
need to send a p!eading thought to Me and, tru!, I &i!! gi"e ou the
strength and ou &i!! #e "ictorious....
You will be able to pacify the evil spirits within yourselves.
.he &i!! !ea"e ou progressi"e! $ore a!one, the &i!! #eco$e
$odest and a!so co$p! &ith the sou!/s desire to ca!$ do&n and
$a'e use o% the strength %or their o&n puri%ication.... For they
have this possibility to reach maturity themselves within the
earthly body and to join the soul, because it will take all fully
matured spiritual substances along into the kingdom of the
beyond when it has to leave its earthly body.

pre"ious e$#odi$ents, which it is supposed to change for the
better....
And it is also pestered by the body of flesh, #ecause that is
shaped %ro$ unspiritua! su#stances....
But the hu$an #eing a!so has the possi#i!it to e*ercise a
redee$ing in%!uence on these e"i! spirits.... i% he tries to change a!!
negati"e ,ua!ities to the contrar unti! he has #eco$e

peace%u!,
co$passionate and )ust....
unti! he has #eco$e love hi$se!%,
&hich inc!udes a!! those "irtues, and then the hu$an #eing &i!! a!so

And therefore you should seriously examine yourselves as to
what virtues you are still missing....
investigate, whether you have changed your nature
completely already....
check, what you still need and seriously work at improving
yourselves....

so that I &i!! %orgi"e ou &hen ou ha"e #eco$e sin%u!, and tru!,
M he!p is assured to ou, %or it is M o&n &i!! that our sou!s sha!!

strength o% !o"e. !ut wherever these evil spirits are still
active, love is not yet profound enough, in other &ords, I ($

to %ight to #eco$e pure so that I can ta'e a#ode in ou.... (nd then
