1. Those Senior Students that are officially enrolled and have been allowed by
the College Dean and the Registrar.
2. Those who are cleared from any monetary liabilities and have no back
subjects and ending or incomlete grades.
!. Those who are of good moral character.
". Those who have submitted the #re$%&T Re'uirements and furnished %&T
(aiver.
). Those who are hysically and mentally fit.

1. *ll %&T trainees are re'uired to reort on the schedule given by the %&T
coordinator+ to submit the weekly journal reort and or rogress reort of
their training rogram+ and to solve roblems encountered on the job as well
as to further develo their skills and technical know how.
2. *ll %&T trainees are re'uired to wear cororate attire. This is to enhance
the ersonality of the trainees by wearing a more decent and aroriate
dress.
