This dept. will receive all the service related call for all departments which includes but not limited to WMS, WMC, WSC etc. After sorting, this shall be forwarded to the concerned dept. for solving and later on customer care will contact a customer satisfaction survey to evaluate
the employee/dept. service.
Purchase Management - Proposed Team ( SARITHA)
This dept. will purchase all items based on the purchase order which we received from customer. Schemes & Price negotiation with vendors are done by this dept. Documents which are required for payment release from customers will be prepared and submitted by this dept.
Execution/Installation wing - Proposed Team (SAJITHA, Branches)
This dept. included branch employees as well. After purchasing, all these items will be forwarded to branches for delivery with proper documention .
This dept. consist of Business Development Managers and Executives who generate leads through field visit. Separate teams are required in each branch area. They must generate minimum 6 prospective business leads per person weekly.
Web/Tele Marketing Proposed Team ( SINDHU, DHANYA,AJINA)
This dept consist of tele marketing executives who are able to communicate with enterpreneurs through telephone,email, sms or any other web media. By using these media they have to generate 6 prospective business leads per person weekly

Customer Relation Div. Proposed Team ( SARITHA, PRANOY, NEED ONE MORE EMPLOYEE)
This dept. is the focal point for all business related communcation. They shall arrange demonstration and site visit in order to know customer actual requirements. Based on customer requirements, this dept. will collect actual price from concerned (Other dept.'s) and work out
the required profit and submit the quotation together along with proper supportings. Price negotiation and finalization shall also be done by this dept.
