Synonymous with Dumb

Im just going to assume that anyone that is able to read the title of this article
knows what a word is. I know that is a very unreasonable standard that many of you cant
fulfill, but youre just going to have to live with it. ords today are being abused. Some
are overworked and tired. !thers are dieing from a de"rivation of attention and have built
u" a layer of dust that is two inches thick.
I try my best to avoid use of "rofanity in my dialect. Its not because I think
theyre re"ulsive though##they are just words after all $thats not to say that the "eo"le
that cant go two syllables without using them arent re"ulsive though%. I avoid them for
two reasons&'% you never know how someone might react and (% theyve been
e)hausted. Their use in society is so common "lace that they have lost all meaning. These
words were intended to have a weighted meaning. Theyre intended to be used when all
other words fail to accurately e)"ress ones self at a time when they are feeling
im"assioned.
There are so many words that could be used to more accurately describe things.
Im not saying go out and learn every word in e)istence so you can use them in your
everyday discourse though. *or e)am"le, you could say +,e runs really f---ing fast.
$youre smart, you know what a word is, you should be able to figure out what that
censor is hiding%. /ou could, alternatively, say +,e s"rints as if lightning were embodied
in the soles of his feat.. Both sentences essentially mean the same thing. !ne is just
worded more colorfully.
I do enjoy my use of words that are rather e)aggerated in length. It makes what I
say more interesting. I do understand that not everyone will understand what Im trying
to communicate when I use a word that seems as if it belongs Websters Dictionary:

unfre0uented. /ou may ask +hy dont you just use words that you know "eo"le will
understand1. Ill just ask you +hy dont you know more words1.
I think this "roblem could easily be solved with the com"lete removal of anyone
who does not enjoy such works as those by Shakes"eare. 2erha"s Im being self centered.
3aybe "eo"le deserve to butcher a language that they dont fully com"rehend. 2erha"s
we really could communicate with each other with only (44 words. It may take some
"ointing and drawing to have "eo"le understand what youre talking about, but you might
just be able to get your "oint across. 5lthough that might just make arguing with your
wife turn into a chore were you hit them over the head with your club and then take them
back to your cave and mate with them.
