II objictives :
Let my sales executives earn consistent win a S.P from the Company.
Develop and make ( my S.E ) a Top S.E in my team.
To earn enough money for the needs of my family especially to my kids.
III ACTION PLAN AND STRATEGIES :
I implement of early reporting at the office daily. Give thirty minutes meeting and sales
clinil everyday. High prospecting, back to basic door entry, tele marketing implement of
10 contacts, 10 refferals and 3 demos daily with zoning and nesting in the coverage area.
Give motivation and positive spirit to S.E before going to area regular recruitment in my
team ,twice a week.
Operation fulldown and C.O.D .
