OBITUARY
Annie Corine Terrell Booker left this earthly life to go to her heavenly home on
July 6, 2014 at Duke University Hospital surrounded by her loving family.
Corine was born July 7, 1940 in Alamance County, to the late Mr. and Mrs.
James and Navella Terrell. Corine was 73 years old.

We celebrate the life of Corine by remembering what she held dear in lifeGod,
family, and cooking. Corine was a dedicated wife, mother, and grandmother
to not only her immediate family, but to anyone who needed her. Her ability
to guide, advise, and listen was cherished by all. Her love for her family was
felt and seen by her loved ones every day. Not only was her love strong, but
her love and faith in the Lord is what got her through everyday of her life.

Corine was a member of Guiding Light UHC where she was an ordained
Deacon, Financial Secretary, taught Sunday school, Bible Study teacher, a
President of the Young People Holiness Association (YPHA) and head of the
Kitchen Committee. Her love for her family and God spilled over into every
dish that Corine baked. Meal time at the Booker residence was filled with the
amazing smells of her cooking everyday as well as the sounds of happiness,
peace, and joy of everyone who was blessed enough to receive the fruits of her
labor in the kitchen.

Corine was preceded in death by her husband, James Booker and two
brothersDelmore Terrell and Richard Terrell. Corine leaves to cherish her
memory six childrenGwendolyn Faucette of the home, Jennifer Bradsher

Marie) of California, Pamela Reed (Malcolm) of Florida, and Chloris Booker of
the home; brothers and sisters, Robert Terrell, Howard Terrell (Emma), Clemon
