Materials and Methods

Sampling
Sampling will be done at research area of University College of Agriculture.Random
sample will be taken from the field after applying the trichogramma sp. eggs in the form
of cards in the field.
Tretments and Experimental units
Trichogramma sp. were reared on the eggs of Sitotroga cerealella and parasitized,
eggpasted
cards, were applied, under different treatments (75000, 100000, 125000, 150000 eggs) to
check their efficacy against RLF.One control tretment is also used . In this only one
verity of rice is used.

Eperimental materialis a 20hactare rice field and experimental unit will be 1hactare rice
field .
Research design
I shall use randomized complete block design(RCBD) .I will use four dozes of
trichogramma sp.eggs in the field.The varity will be used Super Basmati.The field have
varible ph so this property is taken in blocking.

Data Analysis Technique
The collected data will be coded and entered into the computer for further analysis. The
Statistical Analysis System (SAS) will be used for data analysis.
