As a chemistry major with a pre-health emphasis, I have aspiration to go into the health care field when I graduate from Southern Utah
University. I love volunteering and giving back to the community. Anything to help people out gives me great joy. I enjoy organizing
local races and giving the proceeds back to local charities.

Rural Health Scholars is an organization designed to help pre-medicine students succeed academically. Experiences such as service
trips to Las Vegas, NV as organized. During this experience volunteer work, health screenings, and job shadowing was accomplished.
The organization also encourages activites such as volunteering. I volunteer at the hospital in Cedar City, UT and at an after-school
program for middle schoolers.
