BARU AMPANG, KUALA LUMPUR.

The championships are hosted by AELMAVVEL GEWINN SDN.BHD and invitations are extended to
taekwondo clubs and associations .

NUMBER OF PARTICIPANTS PER
CATEGORY

A club can register any number of exponents in the same
category. However, tournament participation is limited to 800
exponents so please adhere to closing date for entries to ensure
smooth running of the championships.

DISCIPLINE

All officials and contestants are responsible for their own
discipline and misbehavior during competition and in the
stadium grounds will result in expulsion of team.

INDEMNITIES

It shall be the responsibility of the participants from the
respective teams to have already validly completed the
participation forms, with copies of I.C or birth certificates, and
have them signed indemnifying the AELMAVVEL GEWINN
SDN.BHD, the Organizing Committee of the,1ST MERDEKA CUP
TAEKWONDO CHAMPIONSHIP 2014 its officials and other
contestants from any claims of injuries, losses, fatal or otherwise
arising in the course of participation in this championships or
any other activities therefore.
All participants below the age of 18 MUST have the consent of
their parents/guardians.
It shall be the responsibility of the respective clubs to ensure that
participants and officials are covered with effective insurance
coverage.

championships.
After the closing date, late participation will be fined RM
10.00.
Completed participation forms must be e-MAIL by closing date
while indemnity forms and payment can be submitted during the
weigh-in.
Please note that overweight exponents will be disqualified.

INSURANCE

All participation MUST proceed their copy of a insurance policy
during Registration. Participation without the copy of insurance
will not be allowed to take part in the competition.

14. SPARRING EQUIPMENT (i) The organizers WILL NOT provide equipment.
(ii) Mouth guard and Groin guards are compulsory.
(iii) Soft protective guards for forearms and shins are
COMPULSARY.
