settings. %t aims at hel$ing students understand. a$$reciate and anal/-e workorce at managerial and non0
managerial le*els. 'he course also intends to ensure that the/ de*elo$ sound knowledge and critical

management $olicies and $ractices aect organi-ational working. 'he duration o the course will (e 23 hours.
