Cargo Survey Report for Blue Sky Vessel

The surveyor attended the mv Blue Sky to survey the loading of two pieces of machinery: a 6.8-meter bulldozer and an 8-meter wheel loader. The machines were delivered and stored at the port before being lifted onto the vessel one by one. The bulldozer was lifted using chains under its tracks while the wheel loader was lifted using wire legs attached to its hooking points. The machines were stowed in hold 17 and secured with chain lashings. During stowage, a container bumped the bulldozer's blade, causing scratches. Otherwise, loading was conducted carefully and the machines were in good condition.
