Students Activity

Good morning Maam.

Thank you Maam.

After a series of activities in knowing the cultures of some

Afro-Asian cultures, I believe you are now ready to share
what you have known to other people.
I knew that there are so many ways for us to share these
knowledge to others however this morning you are going to
start making your travel brochure.
If I havent forgotten, I let you prepare some things for this
morning. What were they?

The researches, the notes,

cut-outs and the materials

(e.g. scissors, coloring

materials
and
construction papers)
Lets check if everyone did their job. Lets have it by group.
When I call your group, say We have it!
Group 1, Group 2, Group 3, Group 4 and Group 5

We have it!

Good!
I am also hoping that you have already selected one country
that you will have in your travel brochure. May I know your
choice?

Yes maam

Whats your country, Group 5?

How about Group 4?
Group 3s choice is _______________.
Group 2, is your country from Africa or Asia? What is it?
And yours Group 1?
I know you have reasons for choosing such country. I want to
know how far you have known about making a travel
brochure.
Aside from the materials that I ask you to bring, what else
should the group prepare?
What should a travel brochure contain? You may check the
module for this.

The information on how

to get there, and the
information on tourist
attractions.

But having the right information is not enough. Would you

agree? If so, what do you need to do?

Organize them all.

Dont forget that colors, the way of presentation and the

layout matter a lot. It is best when it is eye-catching meaning
attractive.

2. Performance
After a short talk on what to do, the teacher continues by telling
them the following:
First, go to your groups with your assignments.
Second, refer to a module for any question.
Third, be guided with the rubric found in the module.
Fourth, dont forget to make your reflection.
And lastly, if you have questions, ask me while I make a
rounds.
The work starts

3. Presentation
If the teacher sees that they have finally have accomplished their
project, then the teacher collects their travel brochure.
I have seen how hard you have worked hard for your project.
In submitting your brochure, make a short introduction of
your project.
Tell us about the uniqueness of your brochure. I cant wait to
see your projects.
Good job everyone. I will check this and return to you later
however if your projects are worth to be kept, I might have
them, will it be okey?
To everyone, congratulations and keep up the good work
class!
Yes maam.
