Warm Greetings
I am writing to you on behalf of the Angeles University Foundation-School of Law (AUFSOL) Student Council to invite you to take part in our upcoming event: the Lex Run 2014.
The AUF-SOL Council was established to serve as the voice of the student body, attend to
the welfare of the students of the AUF-School of Law and spearhead school activities. Being
a young law school in the region, we aim to make AUF-SOL as well as its Juris Doctor
(J.D.) Program recognized in the community and thus invite more enrolees for the coming
school year, and ultimately contribute by producing more lawyers bearing the excellence of
an Angelenean mind coupled with the compassion of a Christian heart.
In line with this, we are organizing the LEX RUN 2014, a Fun Run event aimed to
promote the JD program of the school as well as to raise funds for the various projects of the
AUF-SOL. More importantly, we have partnered with the Department of Social Welfare and
Development. A portion of the proceeds of the Lex Run 2014 will benefit the childrenbeneficiaries of DSWD who are in dire need of assistance in terms of school and
supplemental materials that can help further their growth.
The said event is scheduled on 27 July 2014, 3 oclock in the afternoon at the Clark
Development Corporation (CDC) Parade Grounds.

As a special proposition for the members of ____________, we will be offering you special
group registration fees on top of the discount on account of the donation. In particular, here
are the group registration packages:
for every 10 runners who registers, we will be giving 1 free registration;
for every 15 runners who registers, we will be giving 2 free registration;
for every 20 runners who registers, we will be giving 5 free registration
