Our group Vince Academy - a premier urban hip-hop dance group, a non-profit group, whose
members are currently studying at Universidad de Sta. Isabel will be conducting our Second
Summer Dance Workshop that will be themed as Kil The Heat Dos, A Dance Workshop for a
Cause this coming May 20-21, 2015 at SM City Naga Activity Center.

A portion of the fund that will be collected would benefit the M.A.D (Making A Difference)
scholars, a Community Extension Service project by Universidad de Sta. Isabel-Central Student
Government that aims to help the less fortunate but deserving graduating pupils in selected
public elementary schools through providing for their monthly allowance and school supplies.

We sent you this Letter to inform you that we wanted you and your company to be a part of this
cause. We know that BUKO LOCO has its mission and a desire to give back to the local
community.

We would be glad and grateful if you helped in sponsoring our event. The amount a sponsor may
contribute is flexible. You could assist us through one of the options listed below:

name and description of your company.

P 1000 (worth of merchandise, freebies or cash) - Banner with your company logo, and
description.

P 500 (worth of merchandise, freebies or cash) - Banner with your company logo.

promote the name of your company on the said event.
