1.2 General Description of Business

Sport Planet began its services in November 2002, responding to a need for futsal
venues, services and facilities in Malaysia. Sport Planet first outlet is at Subang Jaya.
As the number of futsal enthusiasts grew, Sport Planet determination to continuously
offer the ultimate futsal via facilities and services and affordable price.

Within 1 year, Sport Planet open 4 additional venues in Sunway, Shah Alam,
Ampang, and Alor Setar. The opening of Sport Planet at Sunway marked has
becoming the largest indoor soccer venue in Malaysia with 11 futsal pitches in
100,000 square feet arena which is officially recognize in Malaysian Book world of
Record.

Today, Sports Planet is the leading and largest futsal venue provider and brand in
Malaysia. In total, there are 13 Sports Planet venues nationwide. There are in Subang
Jaya, Shah Alam, Subang Grand, Ampang, Alor Star, Kuching, Penang, Ipoh, Melaka,
Tampin, Kajang, Kuala Terengganu and Sungai Buloh.

In December 2005, Sports Planet ushered her first international venue, Sports Planet
Pluit, Jakarta. The venue carries with it the Sports Planet brand and high level of
service and quality that is expected from our customers.

In July 2007 Sports Planet (East Coast) in Singapore opened offering the public 4
artificial turf futsal pitches in the centrally located East Coast Parkway vicinity. All in
all, Sports Planet today has 15 futsal venues offering a total of 80 futsal pitches across
3 countries that cater to over 180,000 customers each month.

2.2 Purpose and usage of the services

Futsal
Futsal is a game played between two teams of five players each, one of whom is the
goalkeeper. Unlimited substitutions are permitted. Unlike some other forms of indoor
football, the game is played on a hard court surface delimited by lines; walls or boards
are not used. Futsal is also played with a smaller ball with less bounce than a regular
football due to the surface of the field. The surface, ball and rules create an emphasis
on improvisation, creativity and technique as well as ball control and passing in small
spaces.

Badminton
Badminton is a racquet sport played by either two opposing players (singles) or two
opposing pairs (doubles), who take positions on opposite halves of a rectangular court
divided by a net. Players score points by striking a shuttlecock with their racquet so
that it passes over the net and lands in their opponents half of the court. Each side may
only strike the shuttlecock once before it passes over the net. A rally ends once the
shuttlecock has struck the floor, or if a fault has been called by either the umpire or
service judge or, in their absence, the offending player, at any time during the rally.

Kids
Nowadays, teacher in primary school creates a group of student under 12 years
old to perform and playing soccer or futsal for their school. In order to get a
good chemistry among teammates and get along with the tournament

years the image-conscious of Malaysian sport athletes have all faced public
perception challenges as a result of a number of factors including: steroid, drug, and
alcohol use, negative player and fan interactions, showboating and arrogant player
attitudes, and off the field player misconduct. Consequently, sports franchises have
taken a similar route as traditional corporations and increased CSR in order to
improve their image and continue to draw support from fans. From an economic point
of view, sports franchises and corporations both have a responsibility to earn a profit.
However, because sports franchises earn this profit solely from community support
through ticket purchases, they have an obligation to their respective cities .Yet, sports
franchises have always contributed towards the economic development of their cities
by way of their very existence fans going to a game can go restaurants, stay in hotels,
pay for parking, or buy souvenirs. A team also provides jobs to local communities by
employing a number of workers including: maintenance workers, ticket distributors,

1) Environment
Every Sport Planet arena is a smoke free environment in order to make a clean
and healthy environment. All the customers are restricted to smoke in the sports
area or they will be compound if they smoke in the sports area. Used recycle
item to decorate the sports arena such as futsal bench, wall decorations using
news paper, hanging lamp using bottles, and many more. A new system that
show a free car park using a balloon so it did not use any electricity to show if
got a free parking. So it will reduce the cost for the electricity. Create a sports
day event to give more joyful environment.

2) Customer
A good communications with the customer by being helpful and responsible.
As example if the customer lost their belongings and the employee should
keep the stuff and contact the customer if they already find it. Provide
facilities that fulfill customer needs. An emergency team response should be
alert all the time if anything injury happen. Create a tournament to find a new
talent that can bring them to the professional level. A regular customer will
