SCENE 1
(An ocean. Birds are flying. )
Scuttle: Ladies and Gentlemen, we are going to perform the LITTLE MERMAID...
Seagulls: the litthe Mermaid?...
Scuttle: Yes, and the story begins on a ship...
( From the fog a ship appears crashing through )
Pilot: Sailors!
Sailors: Yes, Sr. !!
Pilot: Go to Work!,,,
( sailors go to their places and pretend to be cleaning the floor)
SONG : fathoms below (dance)

Seagulls: Where is everyone? I don't see any fish around.


Scuttle: don't you know?
Seagulls: know what?
Scuttle: there's going to be a concert...
Seagulls: a concert? Where?can we go?
Scuttle: of course not! it's under the sea! All the Merpeople are going to be there and also king
of the sea !
Seagulls: ohh! We wish we could go! Listen to it... ( they pretend to be listening)

SCENE 2

( various fish swimming. Merpeople converge on a great undersea concert)


King Triton: what are we waiting for?
Sea Horses: for the festivity to begin!
sebastian.

Ahem...Here is Horatio,Thelonious Ignatius Crustaceous.

(Sebastian enters....applauses)
King Triton: I'm looking forward to this performance, Sebstian.
Sebastian: Oh, your Majestry, this will be the finest concert I have ever conducted. Your daughters
will be spectacular!
King Triton: Yes, and specially my little Ariel!
Sebastian: Yes, she has the most beautiful voice......
SONG: The Daughters of Triton.... (Dance).
King Triton: Ariel !! ( very angry).

SCENE 3
( fish sights and swins away)
Flounder: Ariel ! Wait for me! ( from distance)
Ariel: Flounder hurry up!
( flounder and Ariel meet Scuttle in the little Island)
Ariel: Scuttle!

Scuttle: Whoa, Ariel , how you doing kid?. !!!!! (Scuttle is looking through the telescope the wrong
way)
Ariel: Scuttle!.. Look what we found!
Flounder: Yeah, we were in a sanken ship!
Scuttle: Human stuff!, huh? Hey, let me see! (Picks up the fork). Look at this! Wow...it's very
special!
Ariel: what? What is it?
Scuttle: It's a dinglehopper! Humans use this to comb their hair!
Ariel: A dinglehopper?
Flounder: What about that one?
Scuttle: Ahh! This is wonderful! I haven't seen this in years.
Ariel and Flounder: Ooohhh!
(Scuttle blow into the pipe)
Ariel: Oh! The concert! oh my Gosh, my father's gonna kill me!
Flounder: the concert! Was it today?
Ariel! Oh! Sorry! I've got to go.....thank you Scuttle!
Scuttle: Any time sweetie......any time!

SONG:

Human Stuff " (Scuttle and seagulls dance)

SCENE 4
Ursula: Yeeeeeee, hurry home princess! In my days... We had fantastic feasts ...... and now, look
at me! I'm nothing!
- Flotsam! Jetsam! I want you to watch Ariel very close.....! She's the key to Triton destruction!!!!!
