Note: Check the total bonding time againg, the total bonding time is 36 2 seconds.

Reheat tool then press puff.
Replace tool if pellet sucked cannot be removed.
Adjust z level alignment until stage is perpendicularly aligned to the tool.

Train/refresh operator in proper wire bond handling.

Adjust the the capillary height. Use the capillary height adjuster jig.
Polish the torch electrode surface then wipe with cotton buds. Polish the surface just enough to eliminate the dirt.
Rotate the capillary to adjust to the position where 2nd bonding is good. (Trial and Error)
Slowly unclog the capillary using the unplugging probes.
