NOTES: 1. SAES-N-100, Table 3 (requires specific firebrick for specific equipment) is not attached. A field copy is needed.
2. Firebricks already manufactured are accompanied with full certification & have been accepted by Vendor Inspection prior to shipment.
Check detail drawings against materials received. Firebricks are per drawings, are visually acceptable with consistent dimensions per ASTM C134.
3. Firebricks are received on proper pallets with protective (padded) banding securement. They are kept off the ground and covered to prevent any
chemical fouling or contamination. Check exterior layers of bricks under securement straps closely for cracking and damage.
