System. We chose Sightline ERP System for our needs
Increased manufacturing efficiency from 70% to 115%.
Improved on time shipments from 85% to 99.80% with a sales increase
of 80 % over the past three years
Lowered the direct labor to sales percentage from 23% three years ago, to the 1999
figure of 12%.

A Manufacturer of Voice, Data and Various Cable Assemblies.
Responsible for all aspects of the manufacturing and delivery of fiber optic
and hard wire voice and data cable assemblies. Assisted with the
commercial division’s expansion and managed this growth from two shifts
with fifty employees to three shifts and two hundred and fifty
manufacturing employees. Actively participated in an ISO Steering
Committee, resulting in the company’s ISO 9002 Certification.

A Manufacturer Of Boating After market upholstery and misc. ladders
seat slides, etc. Also, manufactures medical equipment
Hired to relocate to Florida and establish a new assembly plant.
Designed and implemented all systems, procedures and policies, including
the company Employee Handbook for Florida. Did the plant layout, and
all of the hiring and training of employees.
