ELMA ELECTRONIC INC. / Fremont, CA.

Primary responsibility incorporates overall management and leadership of the Materials team in achieving
production and quality objectives; the reporting organizations include procurement, planning, stores/warehouse,
receiving and logistics for all Elma Americas locations: Fremont, Lathrop, Georgia and Pennsylvania.
Managed key supplier relationships that involved procurement of high dollar commodities.
Interfaced and supported requirements for all Elma customers: Military, Aerospace, Medical, Telecom and
Commercial for both Level 3 and Level 4 procurement (electronics, fabricated parts, electro-mechanical, printed
circuit boards, IT solutions and contract manufacturing).
Implemented daily cycle count, multi-facilities, multi-locations, and labor collection for all facilities that
resulted in increased accuracy of costing and inventory maintenance.
Established quarterly Supplier scorecard to assist in communication and Supplier improvement.
