Really very poor quality of service , Service oriented mind-set is missing , Penalty clause need to be
introduce for poor quality of service and direct and indirect loss by end consumer.

Approximate 1 month is over No Positive or no clarification from Post office yet. still post has not delivered

on service
- Give option for customer to pay Rs 10/- more for speed post & registered
post with online tracking ensure for the post
- Stealing is one big menace in Post Office, like nice rakhi's stolen on the way.
Check such conducts.
- Give PostMan a look overhaul & a geared cycle
Indian Government should make mandatory to use Indian Postal services for
any communication ( not any courier service) as far as government works
.Just sharing as example here , RTO office who issues Driving Licenses to the
applicant personally .If RTO send them their driving License through Indian
Post office & the expenses would be the part of fees paid by applicant . As
Indian Postal service has presence across INDIA regardless direction, City
Grade etc . This would help them !!
In India, online retail market is at a roll. It is growing at an exponential rate.
Thousands of people in India are buying stuff from online portal such as
Flipkart, Snapdeal, Jabong.com, etc. Indian online retailers hire their own
delivery boys and professional courier services to deliver the products. These
online retailers never use services of India Post Indian postal service. For

New Revenue Streams for Indian Postal Services In India, online retail market
is at a roll. It is growing at an exponential rate. Thousands of people in India
are buying stuff from online portal such as Flipkart, Snapdeal, Jabong.com,
etc. Indian online retailers hire their own delivery boys and professional
courier services to deliver the products. Still, they are unable to reach every
hook and corner of India. These online retailers never use services of India
Post Indian postal service. Indian Postal even after having most wide
coverage network is not making money off these retailers. These retailers
require customized plans and Indian postal service has not shown any
interest in plucking these low hanging fruits. US postal service makes a
killing by working closely with their online retailer. Approximately 40% of
postal revenue of US postal service comes from online purchases or private
retail partners including Walmart, Staples, Office Depot, Walgreens, Sam's
Club, Costco, and grocery stores. (Source: Wikipedia). Amazon US has signed
a deal with US postal service to deliver packages on Sunday. This deal will
boost their revenues further. It is the time for Indian postal services to wake
up and make a killing from their strength. The Indian postal services can be
helpful in many ways: The online retails do not deliver products in remote
